Burger Menu
Gordon Ramsay Burger has an excellent selection of signature and specialty burgers. One of their most popular items is the truffle burger. This burger has tremor cheese, bacon, truffle butter, frisee, a fried egg, pickled shallots, and truffle aioli. The blue cheeseburger features manchego cheese, figgy jam, arugula, cider vinegar reduction, and spicy mayo.
You have a selection of fries, sweet potato fries, and tots to eat with your burger. Tots are always a hit with house ketchup, cheddar ranch, and tot seasoning. The sweet potato fries achieve the perfect balance of spicy and sweet with vanilla powdered sugar sprinkled on top and jalapeno honey aioli sauce served on the side.
While you wait for your perfectly cooked patty to arrive, get started with beer-battered onion rings, street corn dip, or hellfire chicken wings. Finish the meal with a decadent, sweet treat like a sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich or a chocolate malt shake.
Everything on the menu has a powerful flavor made with quality ingredients. The beef patties are cooked to your preference before being paired with a fresh bun and delicious ingredients you won’t find at any other burger joint.
I ordered the Uber Cheeseburger and Bob got the Hell’s Kitchen Burger. Both were amazing!
On the side, we got the Truffle Parmesan Fries. While I’m not usually a big fan of steak fries, these were very good – not as good as Guy Fieri’s Truffle Fries – but still quite good. The truffle fries are served with truffle aioli while the regular fries are served with chipotle ketchup and curry ketchup.
Dawgs and Fish
If burgers aren’t your thing, there’s still something to try at Gordon Ramsay Burger! They have a “Straight Up Dawg”, a classic footlong hotdog with dill pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. The “Hot Dawg” takes it a step further by wrapping the footlong hotdog in bacon that’s topped with cheese sauce, pulled pork, cabbage slaw, pickles, and crispy onion strings.
If seafood is what you prefer, a fish and chips burger with citrus tartar, lemon cabbage slaw, and salt and vinegar crisps will hit the spot.
Beer and Cocktails
Choose any 4 beers for $19 – Try Burger’s new beer flight offer featuring four 5oz. pours of any beer on draft at Gordon Ramsay Burger.
Cocktails start at $18 a piece with daring flavors like the El Fuego with jalapeno tequila and red grapefruit.
The Oh Bloody Hell cocktail is a nod to one of Ramsay’s famous sayings with absolut vodka, house bloody mary mix, crispy prosciutto, fresh basil, and buffalo mozzarella.

Inside Planet Hollywood, Burger is closest to the Sephora entrance from the Strip. Hang a right and you’ll run right into the keg window on the other side of the restaurant. If you continue to the right and wrap around the restaurant, you’ll see the firewall and the main entrance to Burger.
