有人有2017年最新版的佛羅倫斯自駕避開ZTL的地圖嗎?

在網路上有前輩分享了佛羅倫斯市區（Via Borgo Ognissanti)路上Hertz和Avis兩家租車公司的安全還車路線？
我發現兩家公司都在同一條路上，但兩位前輩分享的路線不太相同。

請問避開ZTL的安全路線是否有改變？有人有2017年最新版的嗎?
如果有人最近會去佛羅倫斯自駕的，可以分享一下租車公司提供的安全路線地圖嗎?

上次是在avis租，那條路是單行道，從停車場開出來右轉，找條路左轉就到河邊，然後找座橋過橋出市區就可以了
還車也是一樣道理，過橋左轉就可以到avis門口了
florence租車還車還直觀的，我是在pisa繞好久...

很感謝三小二鳥前輩那篇, 在當時那篇是最清楚的, 因為有些曲折, 研究了好久, 原本打算按那個走的, 事先想了好多方法跟技術才讓我的導航可以按那路線走.

後來租車時再問了一次租車公司, 給的路徑比前者直接而好找, 因此把它紀錄成我那篇blog.

當時曾比對Here You Go Maps導航, 它指的是相同路線. 走過之後才知它就是大致沿著古城牆的外緣走的

放心吧, 不會有問題的

我對此研究好久(上面文章也拜讀許久)，心得是只要2小時內開出ZTL，怎麼走都OK，因為：
1. Hertz等出租點其實都在ZTL範圍內：

2. 租車商會跟警方提報車牌號，因為已在ZTL內，沒有安全路線問題。

你說得沒錯, 只不過我租車當天剛好遇上路跑活動, 往河邊的幾條路全都封閉了, 被迫繞到好遠去, 原本小心計畫的路線全廢了, 嚇得我一身冷汗

這意思是當天還車是就直接開進去就可以了嗎？真是這樣就太棒了，心臟不用這麼大顆。

The majority of the car rental agencies are located in the area southwest of the Santa Maria Novella train station in the Borgo Ognissanti area, specifically on Borgo Ognissanti, Via Maso Finiguerra, Via di Melegnano and Via Santa Lucia. This is within the ZTL (limited traffic area zone) so make sure to get precise instructions from the car rental agency on how to get out of the center and back in for car return without getting lost (there are lots of one-way streets). Make sure the license plate is communicated to city police so that it is taken off the fine list for having entered the ZTL area.
應該還是要走安全路線(很多單行道)，再提醒一下租車公司車牌號碼的通報。不知這樣對嗎？

我查了很多文章了，那只是說單行道很多，小心迷路。台灣的遊紀很多誤解（抱歉，我用詞直接），只要車商有付ZTL規費給警局、2小時內出城，全部都是安全路線。

真的嗎?
請問你有實際在佛羅倫斯的ZTL內開過嗎?
如果確實如此，那麼google map上所規畫的路線基本上應該都沒有問題
因為它已有考慮到單行道的路線
這樣還車時才不會心驚膽跳
太棒了~

小人純紙上談兵,6月才去~但查遍google,就只有台灣的Blogger說租車公司在城裡的非ZTL內,且熱心的建議非ZTL的出城路線,嚇到很多網友因此跑到機場借車了!
小人對這些熱心Blogger並無惡意,仍表敬意.只是怕以訛傳訛,把紙上作業的心得提報供參~

為了其他的朋友, 還是來分享一下我先前瞭解的內容, 那就是: 在國外許多旅遊討論版上都還是有不少人反應在借/還車日當天還是收到了罰單. 以下這一段文字摘自這個網頁By Car這個標題下:

Most fines comes from ZTL violations. There is a very strictly defined route to get in and out of the city for car rental agencies in the Via Fineguerra and the Borg'Ognissanti, just south of the Firenze SMN railroad station. If you rent there, be sure to ask at the office how to get in and out without violating the ZTL.

簡單的說, 租車公司之所以都集中在the Via Fineguerra and the Borg'Ognissanti並不是巧合, 它看似在ZTL中, 但是是特別劃出來的區, 只要經過特定的路徑進出就不會侵入ZTL.

至於可開進去, 兩小時內離開的說法, 其實很多網站都有提到

那個是針對旅客如果是住在ZTL內的旅館, 你可以在入住及離開當天開進去裝卸行李, 並在兩小時之內駛離ZTL. 而旅館主人必須幫你致電警局去把車牌列入白名單. 我不曾在任何網站提到這個機制跟租車公司借還車有關.

Tourists in cars who need to travel within the ZTL to reach their accommodation facilities or a garage can obtain a temporary access permit, although they should still pass through the authorized ‘access points’ only (excluding the lanes reserved for public transport and the pedestrian zones which may not be used at any time – you will get a fine for doing this).

In order to obtain this permit, the number plate of the car should be given to the relevant hotel (or garage) which will forward the information to the appropriate office. This permit will be issued for a maximum of two hours for baggage transport purposes and, therefore, only on the arrival and departure dates (a permit may also be issued to tourists without a hotel booking entering the ZTL to find accommodation). For the rest of their stay, visitors should park their car outside the ZTL, or leave it in a commercial/hotel's own private garage within the ZTL (decidedly the more expensive option).

日前曾請教Sharpe大, 他說的確是這麼規定沒錯, 可是以義大利人的個性, 你很難保證 旅館主人真的會記得這麼做. 所以最好不要自找麻煩

怕對D大不敬，也覺得幹嘛浪費時間糾纏這個吃力不討好的事，但ZTL說法影響包友至鉅，還是把我紙上談兵的依據PO出。當然尚無實證的我可能是錯的，但其實我查過更多的資料，只因公忙無法完整PO，希望把這當成有意義的討論：
1.不論是上面連結的網址或是其他網頁，都標明Borgo Ognissanti這一帶皆屬ZTL，尚查不到D大「是特別劃出來」的免罰區資料。
2.D大的「我不曾在任何網站提到這個機制跟租車公司借還車有關」，小人轉貼網址供參：
Car rental agencies do communicate your license plate so that is placed on the "white list" and you are not fined later for having entered the ZTL area when the light is red. Just make sure to double check that they do it on your arrival, as there is a 3 hour time limit for them to do it once you've entered the ZTL to reach them.

以上2點結論，其實就是包友行經D大介紹的「非ZTL行車路線」，但卻發現有ZTL標誌，而D大表示「我剛才有在street view上找到你說的標誌, 但是無法解釋」的原因了。

我是去年6月底7月初的時候去的，
在Roma取車，Firenze還車，
因為取車時他們只提供Roma的ZTL地圖，
所以我們真的度過了小小驚險的還車路線，
還剛好碰到三小二鳥的路線中間有一條路在整路封閉，
只好往前開另一條路進去，
當時心裡真的只有一個念頭：算了啦！罰錢就罰錢~(怒)

後來到Firenze店內確認ZTL地圖並拍下，
我後來的確是沒有收到罰單啦！哈！
不過當時還車時被機車店員小小被刁難不太開心~
