How do I link my Trove console account to my Glyph Account?

Players who link their console accounts to a Glyph account are able to redeem promotional codes, become eligible for some sweepstakes, and earn the super cute Cotton Candy ally on their linked console account. To link your accounts please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Account Link Website.
  2. Click Sign In if you are not already signed in.
  3. Enter in your Glyph Email address and password. If you do not already have an account, click Register instead to create an account.
  4. Click “Connect with Microsoft” to connect your Xbox One Account, or “Connect with Sony” to connect your Playstation 4 Account.
  5. Enter your 3rd party (Microsoft or Sony) Email address and password, and accept the link.
  6. You will then be returned to the Glyph site. Your console and Glyph accounts are now linked.

If you are unable to get the Account Link Website to work, you can link your console to a Glyph account in-game by using the following steps:

  1. Launch Trove on the console account you would like to link to your Glyph account.
  2. Press ‘Play’.
  3. Select the option to ‘Link Account’.
  4. Select 'Existing Account' and enter your account info.
  5. Click 'Login'.
  6. Your console and Glyph accounts are now linked.

If the in-game process does not work, use the following steps to link your account:

  1. Launch Trove.
  2. Press ‘Play’.
  3. Select the option to ‘Link Account’.
  4. Select 'Existing Account'.
  5. Select the option to 'Link Via Web Code'.
  6. You will need the provided code so write it down or take a picture.
  7. On your PC or mobile device log in to the Trove account link website.
  8. Enter in your console code from step 6 to link your account.
  9. Your console and Glyph accounts are now linked.

If you are having difficulties getting your accounts to link, please make sure that your console is not already linked to a Glyph account using the Trove account link website.

If you have not previously set up a Gamer Tag on your Microsoft account you will receive in error when you attempt to link your accounts. In order to resolve this error please log into your Microsoft account on the Xbox website to finish setting up your account. After your account has a Gamer Tag selected you will be able to link it to your Glyph account.

Submit a request
