This is a duplicate to my "next to the door gun" The MOS will allow a 3 MOA Vortex for the range. So far it test fired properly, no surprise, It's a Glock.

This Glock 17 Gen5 is much nicer than my previous Gen glocks. The trigger on this model is similar to the Gen3 but with a smoother crisp trigger pull. One of my favorite Glock pistols to date. I would buy this again and have referred this to my friends. The only parts I would change, would be to add the enhanced mag release and slide release.

Been enjoying this with the red dot for friendly competition shooting. Tool me awhile to get use to an optic on a pistol but boy it's a game changer for sure.

To those who have concerns because of negative reviews on the internet regarding Buds. This was most likely one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had. I sold Buds a M&P 2.0 5 inch FDE and purchased the Glock 17 MOS FS Gen 5. From the time I shipped Buds my firearm until the new one arrived at my FFL dealer was 8 days. I would have had to wait the same time for this gun to be delivered to my local gun store...and.... it would have been 159.00 more. If you have reservations about your first purchase from Buds do yourself a favor and stay off YouTube and the internet for reviews. Solid company shipped fast and made the transaction effortless.
The gun:
This Gen 5 has one of the best triggers I’ve seen on a Glock. The MOS FS got rid of the stupid notch at the bottom of the grip and the frame has been beveled to match the rounding of the slide. Glock plastic sights are absolutely the biggest waste of space on top of any gun. I put a Surefire x300 ultra b, Trijicon suppressor night sights, a Trijicon RMR 3.25 MOA red dot, and a TAU development stricker control device (on all my Glocks) The plastic sights were immediately thrown in the nearest trash can. Came with 3/17 rd mags, 4 grip inserts, brackets and plates for a variety of red dots. The grip change out process could be better. It was difficult to get the flimsy pin back into the channel without a punch. M&P is much more advanced on this change out process. Overall I love the firearm and it’s been a great gun with zero malfunctions through 500 rds currently.
Buy from Buds! If you have some patience and don’t expect to get something the next day you will be happy with choosing Buds.

Received the Glock 17 MOS Gen 5 in good condition. This gun has a decent balance, typical glock trigger. Compared to the Glock 45 and 19, this glock shoots decent groups at combat distances. The only time the bullets weren't touching each other is when I pulled the muzzle left on the trigger pull, my fault not the gun's. It comes with mounting plates for the RMR, Deltapoint, and a couple others that I don't own. The three 17 round mags have orange followers. The front serrations are great for tracking and press checks. If you're looking for a good night stand gun and range toy this fits the bill nicely. The optics mounting system does require custom length screws. The screws that come with the gun are only for mounting the plate to the slide. Do not try to use them to mount your optic to the plate. I always wanted a Glock 17 and I have no buyer's remorse. I really like that there are no finger grooves on the grip. The finish is way nicer and seemingly more durable than the Gen3 Glocks of yore.
