What travelers are saying
- CM1577514 contributionsThe architecture of building itself is wonderful to see. I especially enjoyed the art collection from the Glasgow Boys and the under sung Glasgow women who made a movement there. Make sure to explore the nooks and crannies as well.Written May 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Crocy B1 contributionVery good experience at Celtic park although it was a 4 hour drive well worth it to see the best team in Scotland on my grandads birthdayWritten April 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - christinearmstrong134@hotmail.co.ukNewcastle upon Tyne, UK10 contributionsAllow yourself plenty of time there is so much to see. There is something for everyone, young and old. The museum itself is modern, clean and well set out. We were surprised that there is no entrance charge, well worth a visit.Written May 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mikael A0 contributionsA very nice acquaintance located in a fantastic environment. The staff who meet up are alert and well-read and carry out a very good and educational review of the production, history and products. An extra plus to the guide Rebecka who was very professional and a real ambassador for the brand!Written May 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Thought this would be a good idea for a 60th birthday gift and it definitely was.
A great way to end a Saturday in the city with Fenna and Callum giving us the history and taste of Temnent's lager, beers, plus a few superb gins and malts.
Great hosts. Thoroughly recommend.

- FyingKiwiChristchurch, New Zealand1,000 contributionsThis cathedral is impressive in both architecture and its stained-glass windows. There are an impressive number of nooks and crannies to be explored, both upwards and downwards.
There is also available the option of taking an audio or personal guided tour.Written May 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The room of carnivorous plants really stood out as the largest and best displayed example I've ever encountered. The orchids are beautiful, as well as the statuary. The gardens outside were just as spectacular.Written May 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Rachael T9 contributionsLots of shops and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes. Some lovely buildings and shop fronts. I enjoyed an evening stroll when it was quieter after dinner.Written April 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
