Anantnag: Police in Anantnag solved a theft case and arrested two accused involved in the commission of crime. Stolen property was recovered from their possession.
Police Station Kokernag received a written complaint from a woman stating therein that some unknown thieves entered in her residential house while none of the family members were present there and stole some cash, gold ornaments, copper utensils etc.
Accordingly, a case FIR No 30/2024 under section 454, 380 IPC was registered and investigation was set into motion.
During the course of investigation, a police party from Police Station Kokernag arrested two suspected persons namely Faizan Gulzar Lone son of Gulzar Ahmad Lone resident of Magraypora Achabal and Bilal Ahmad Ganie son of Ghulam Ahmad Ganie resident of Nagam Kokernag and recovered stolen property from their possession.
