I think we will. Despite how much the sub tends to downplay Sans, I think he will 100% play some major role in the future

Not saying that, just saying Sans has a lot of unrealized lore and secrets in Undertale. It’d be a shame if all the mystery and power that made him popular in the first place went nowhere

Honestly I'd boo from the screen if that was the case. I mean, there's already Sans fight in weird route of Undertale. The difficulty was not expected which made the fight incredible. Why would a similar Sans fight happen on Deltarune? It won't be as interesting as Undertale, and it'll just make say "Oh, again?". Besides, why should what happens in the Dark World concern him?
