But if Darcey and Georgi Rusev spending quarantine together made Darcey & Stacey viewers say, “too soon,” the newest spoiler about the show sounds like a major red flag. The 90 Day Fiancé star has revealed that Georgi is still married.
The Silva Twins, 46, and their endless relationship troubles have intensified over the course of their ongoing Darcey & Stacey season. While Stacey was seen rushing into a wedding with fiancé of five years Florian Sukaj amidst his cheating rumors, Darcey was jumping into a new romance with a newer European younger man. A steamy video call session between Dracey and Georgi, 33 introduced him to 90 Day Fiancé viewers, who soon learned about her having met the massage therapist on social media. With modeling as a side gig and a passion for fitness, Georgi swept Darcey off her feet in no time and landed himself a part in her reality show. The recent episode of Darcey & Stacey saw the new couple moving in together during the COVID-19 pandemic after approval from Mike Silva and Aniko and Aspen. Georgi drove from Washington, DC, to Middletown, Connecticut, and began his live-in relationship with Dracey by feeding her, “big, strong, strawberry.” But the episode ended with a preview of troubling times ahead for Darcey and Georgi.
A clip from this week’s episode of Darcey & Stacey released by People, has Darcey sharing a shocking secret. After having spent some time with Georgi in their apartment, Darcey confesses to the camera, “There’s one thing that’s come to the surface being in quarantine with Georgi.” The 90 Day Fiancé star tells the producers, “I haven’t said anything to anybody – not even you guys.” Amidst tears, Darcey speaks, “It just started to feel like I needed to talk about it with someone other than Georgi because I need to understand myself.” And soon enough, the Darcey & Stacey lead spills the explosive secret. “He told me that he’s still married,” reveals Darcey before adding, “but, he’s separated, going through a divorce.” The video then shows Georgi admitting that he’s been married “for almost three years.”
For those who believed that Darcey was sure to get hurt again, especially after deciding to move in just after a couple of dates, this revelation comes as a major deal-breaker. How exactly the 90 Day Fiancé alum learns about Georgi’s secret will be revealed in the episode but the fact that he’s kept it hidden from her all this while is not a good sign. Does this mean the end of Darcey’s third televised relationship? Or will the Darcey & Stacey star give Georgi a chance to prove his love for her, while showing actual proof of divorce? 90 Day Fiancé fans should be keeping their fingers crossed.
