I loved the staff and how friendly they were to us. However, the place needs a good cleaning. There are spider webs in the windows and the lighting's over the tables. Clearly no dusting has taken place. The staff was respectful and went out their...way to help customers. The drinks were ok. The first mimosas was perfect, the second was very strong. Other family members mentioned their drinks were not the same and they had different drinks. Overall, the experience was good but I do not have to visit again.More
Pre-COVID I visited for Brunch with my family and enjoyed the meal. This time, not so much.
It’s not that the food was bad, but rather the excitement and overall atmosphere seemed muted and dated. I expected something livelier.
I do believe the COVID Protocols...contributed to this. I’d go back again once this is over.More
Very nice ambiance, gives the impression of a train station (which was, originally).
Located just next to the current AnnArbor train station, with huge glass windows that allow you to see the Amtrak trains passing by. As a matter of fact, when that happens,...people clap and a bell rings. Loved that.
Service was great. Food average. We tried the Mahi Mahi Dynamite, the NY Steak, the Snapper , Caesar salad and Lobster Bisque. Good food but just average, with the exception of the NY Steak that was pretty good. The bread was also good.
We liked the cheese cake and the key lime pie. Creme Brûlée not so much, although presentation was good.
Restaurant has valet parking…the paid parking located just in front is usually full due to the nearby train station.More
Very cool looking place but we were very disappointed with the food. Steaks over cooked even though we asked for medium rare and the fish was just ok. Speciality cocktails overfilled with juice. We chose to have dessert elsewhere.
Ordered the seafood trio and arrived cold potatoes and a dry salmon. Told my waiter in which he sent over the GM to replace my dish but didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for another meal. My son ordered the steak and arrived overcooked....Was very disappointed and will not go back.More
