Overall: This ia a horrible, disgusting system for user such as myself and my company, who search titles in most of the counties in Western PA. It takes way longer, as there is not even a way to see if your party is a plaintiff or defendant, and no way to access the information we need without going through dozens of stupid, redundant screens. We all absolutly HATE it, and the office personell, when asked, don't have a clue except that they know how to input info. It is extremenly user unfreindly and there is so much room for error in research. I wish the persons who need to access public information could have been contacted instead of lower level data entry employees and IT geeks when creating the system.
