This restaurant is located in the middle of 2 MTR, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, need to take around 15 mins to walk to this place. This is our company lunch and they have ordered many dishes to eat. The char siu and roasted meat...especially, mouth watering. There are a lot different types of dim sum here, they even got Michelin for this, it definitely worth trying out. We had the legendary char siu bo lo bun, heard that it must be pre-ordered before you can get it. Highly recommended as this is one of the most delicious restaurant that I have tasted so far.More

I like to come here for dim sum, when I want something a little more refined than the average local dim sum places. The dim sum served here are wonderfully flavorful, which I would expect from the price.

The food is delicious. The famous dish is the Char Siu, good quality. The other dishes are also good. Polite staff. Just next to the Regal hongkong hotel. Comfortbale envirnment. Worth to be the Michelle starred restaurant.

Multifaceted flavors compared to the Singapore dim sum we are familiar with. Chee cheong fun, chicken feet, char siew, polo buns and pork ribs were particularly memorable.

This restaurant is on the second level next to the Regal Hong Kong Hotel. The service is so slow which is way out of Hong Kong standard. We were waiting at the reception area waited for 10 minutes, where staff saw us but did not...acknowledge us. Another elder couple made reservation and still waited for 5 minutes without anyone serving them. Then we waited 20 minutes for our dim-sum to arrive after we ordered them. The food tastes ok but pricey. I do not recommend this restaurant.More

We went there for yum cha lunch. There was a good variety of dim sims to choose from. I found the crispy fried pork buns were exceptionally delicious. All dishes were fresh and yummy. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The name of the restaurant is Fu Sing Shark Fin and Seafood restaurant, but it is one of the best dim sum places that I have tried. Outstanding roast pork buns. Many dishes are creative improvement over traditional dim sum.

Went to the Sheung Wan outlet actually. Wanted a relaxing dinner without all the rush that we often experience in Hong Kong. We thought we made a wrong choice as the restaurant was quite empty when we went in, but it filled up soon enough....Food was great and tasty, pig stomach soup and beef were especially good. Very friendly wait staff as well. Slightly on the expensive side though.More

On the recommendation of a friend, we came here for the dim sum lunch as we didn't want to eat shark fin. The place was quite easy to get to although the lift was a little confusing. This restaurant is pretty big with good decoration...and good standard of service. It gets really busy around mid day so it was lucky that we came a little earlier. We've ordered about six dim sums and it tastes good - the chicken feet was nice and tender but not too soft. The fried dish wasn't the best but the steam dishes are all very good. Total came to around 350HKD.More
