I've already left a great review for this store but have to give another shoutout! Thanks to the lady who helped recommend some great lobster for our rolls we're making tonight. Also, Thanks to Matthew in the cosmetics area for upselling a foot massager to me that was on sale. Lastly, aisle 10 at checkout was super fast and friendly. The cashier was so fast and we had Katie and another gentleman helping bag our groceries. Thanks guys you rock!!

There's always workers restocking items so very easy to ask someone for help if you need it. Or look lost like me and they just come over to you, ha . Always a clean store which is huge with me if you can't already tell in all of my other reviews. I'm kind of a clean freak so when I see a store who follows suit I have to shout out because a lot of workers seem lazy these days esp after Covid but this store has it together!! I will say sometimes they're out of my fav items: oroweat crisp English muffins, my orange marshmallow Celsius and pina colada naked juices which are kind of specialty items I guess, so all good guys I'll still def be back for all my everyday needs. P.S. won on more than one scratcher tickets here, def winning

My wife and I have been using the pickup order service. We noticed for some products such as a ham is for delivery only. When we question why this is the case, NOBODY has any answers. We are NOT paying a delivery fee.
As a result, we are moving our online ordering to Walmart.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 4, 2022
I use to go to this store because it was the closest. When Covid started I used pickup which was very helpful. They need to contact Target to learn how to be more efficient with this. The last time HOWEVER, I was chargers a $4.95 fee and I more than met the $35.00 minimum. That was it.
Will no longer use pickup. Will go to Aldi, Safeway, Target or Winco to get my groceries.
I left the pharmacy over 18 months ago because it was so unorganized.
This store needs help. Corporate needs to take a serious look at it. If I was completing a mystery shop... this store would fail.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Esmeralda A.Phoenix, AZ01Jan 11, 2024
I hate to be this person, but this is the second time the pharmacy has been inconsistent. BOTH times I have called ahead to have my prescription filled so when I go pick it up it would be ready for me. BOTH times I've gone two days after the date I was told it would be ready and BOTH times it has not been ready. The wait time is also ridiculous. I waited almost 20-30 minutes for my medication to be filled. Today when I went the line to wait for the medication was long. I asked the lady at the front desk if they could have it filled by tomorrow, And she said I will try. TRY? I also asked if calling ahead of time is pointless since it doesn't make a difference if it was filled or not. I normally don't say anything and just kinda let it be. I work in the medical field and understand how crazy it can get, but I'm very disappointed that this is how it is consistently. I definitely don't recommend using this pharmacy. I am transferring my prescription elsewhere.

I gotta say I don't know where all the bad reviews come from, I know not every place is perfect but I constantly come here for my groceries every week and everything is always amazing, the produce is always fresh and green and choice quality. They have a wide selection of products and have great prices and essentials are always going on sale. But the thing I love the most is how helpful and willing to assist are all the employees in the floor. Those stacking things are always asking me if I need help with anything and are extremely friendly. I will say the employees at the front doing self checkout are not nearly as enthusiastic but it's only a small part of the experience when shopping so I don't really care about it that much. I hope these employees are recognized for doing a great job!

The pharmacy here is a joke!!! The drive through is never open, they are all rude and every time you get here the line is at least 8 people deep. Fry's get it together.

Honestly, not to be so blunt and honest but, you under pay your employees bill time. You make them lion dumb with no schedule or getting hold of the right people. I can't tell you how many time I've been to counter and new bees/ new hires can't get hold right of the department. It's really embarrassing as customer to see you doing this ever time I pay. You don't seem welcoming or friendly. I suggest anyone to apply to elsewhere in mean time since you don't know what can go wrong once they change hands when contract up just saying

Everyone used to be happy and helpful then, once I started working I saw much more but, a lazy toxic environment. Everyone in the front of the store now is just unhappy to be there: don't be surprised if coworker says the F word point blank to customer like a filler word while, I'm being trained. It's nerve racking day for new people is all I'm going to say. The other day your new bagger looked like she was going to be in tears.

Well I've only gone here twice and both times just for gas. It's easy to pull in and out of this station. The employees are helpful. And it's very clean. Out of all the Fry's gas stations I've been to this one is the easiest to use.

Do not do not do NOT use the pharmacy at this location. There is always a line with a wait of at least 20 to 25 minutes and I have had them mess up my prescriptions multiple times-- which is why I know there is always a line. There is one tech working so this problem is easily fixed. Seriously drive to Goodyear or surprise, you'll get back before you would be done here. I have been on line for 17 minutes and there are 7 people still in front of me.
I had enough time to write bad reviews and legally call the manager and have her come to the pharmacy line where she lied and said they were hiring more people but the staff confirmed that is not true.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jun 18, 2021
I wish I could love this store, but since I usually go on Senior Citizen day it's usually pretty picked over. I know I'll usually leave without getting something I really want. I've checked at other times of the month but it's hit or miss.
The pharmacy here is the worst! The drive thru is never open and the line gets long to drop off or pick up. I was once In the drive thru line and after waiting 1/2 hour I pulled up to see them pull the curtain down. They closed it due to not having enough staff! Then had to go in and wait in line! Imagine how angry I was at that point.
This store needs so much work!!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
