Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tablespoons creamy or crunchy peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons corn flour

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

  2. Mix water, peanut butter, brown sugar, corn flour, and soy sauce together in a separate small saucepan until well blended and no lumps remain. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture is thick, 6 to 10 minutes. Add the cooked garlic and mix well.
