Day 1- Commercial 32i treadmill finally arrives. White glove service was great. NordicTrack treadmill arrives. Oil leaking everywhere on belt. Refused delivery - called NordicTrack- on hold almost 30 min and 2 calls later finally asked if “I wanted to have service repair come out?” It hasn’t even reached the threshold of my doorway and they are fine with me scheduling a “Service call”. I said.. "Would you accept this at your house?" So I scheduled a return and now have to wait another 2-3 weeks for another one - all the while they have all the money and I have no machine.

I received a Nordic Track Elliptical in early December 2023. The truck delivering it took out a section of my garage roof and gutter unknown to me (arrived late after dark). A review of our security camera documented the truck, license plate and time. Calls to NordicTrack resulted in email addresses for "Select Express" which I now know receives an "F" from the BBB. Photos, videos and bill for repairs were sent to them promptly. Once I did this they no longer respond, and when called, they hang up after I give the invoice number. Nordic track has been unhelpful. Look elsewhere for fitness equipment! These repairs cost more than the elliptical! Nordic track is deliberately using a disreputable shipper. I wish I had known about this shipper when ordering!

Spent $3k for the commercial incline treadmill in 2020, within a year it stopped working and had to have it repaired, now 2024, it constantly runs full blast and if lower will within a few seconds speed up again. Trying to find a repair person is impossible because most won't touch Nordictrack, Nordictrack wants almost 200 send someone out to diagnose then have to pay again for the tech and parts. I am not a runner. This machine gets used a few times a week and should last longer than 4 years. I will never buy anything Nordictrack again.

Applied for financing of this $3000.00+ machine that was approved and delivered shortly after. No bill was ever sent to my home. I contacted Norditrack about 3 weeks after delivery worried about being late, who then sent me to TD Bank. I enrolled in automatic payments (that they later acknowledged). 2 weeks later they called and told me I was 30 days late and charged me a fee and put a late on my credit report. I paid over the phone because it wouldn't be completely set up until I made 1 payment. I was furious but didn't know what to do. 30 days later they attempted to do it again. TD Bank and Nordictrack are not to be trusted!

Once console dies out, you can not use treadmill. NordicTrack makes it very difficult to use without keeping your subscription with Ifit. Support wants me to pay for a service call of $159.00. I will get a call in 3 business days. At at that time I may still be charged a travel fee. So, you pay, the tech may charge additional monies, Then - they may or may not be able to correct the mistake. And have me purchase an entire console again. Nordic Track T9.5 will not work once the console dies.

In 2011 I bought a new NordicTrack Commercial 9.9 Eliptical. After using it 4-5 times a week for 18 months it broke down unrepairable. They have a standard warranty of 10 years and I received a new machine. This machine also broke down unrepairable after 18 months. On replaced machines their warranty is only 90 days. They refused to help me. Never buy a machine from NordicTrack. Their machines look solid, but break down if you actually use them.

NordicTrack's customer service is nonexistent. I have been trying to get a hold of them over my SI 22 stationary bike for a month now, it’s simply just quit working after 20 uses. This incredibly expensive bike was a complete rip-off. They do not stand behind their product whatsoever. Non-existent zero communication just a tremendous waste of money. I went this option as it was a little cheaper than Peloton. I can’t imagine Peloton could be any worse.

Don't waste your money! Nordictrack uses inferior hardware in their equipment. Once you've had an issue with this hardware i.e won't update operation system etc. they will try and sell you a new console. These consoles range in price from 1/3 of your equipment purchase and then some. Don't waste your time trying to get any kind of assistance in troubleshooting or fixing your issue either as they only want to sell you more and will only recommend new equipment and hardware after their ridiculous troubleshooting and wasting more of your time.

I actually like the machine itself and Fit, while expensive is fun. However, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of service, I was on hold for over an hour. I tried to get information online and was told by their bot that my email was incorrect, which is pretty hard to believe. But my biggest complaint is trying to order maintenance. First they charge you over 160 dollars for a technician to come to your house. He arrived today and spent 5 minutes to tell me that I needed to order a new part and to call RL Fitness Repair. The new part and another visit to install the part came to over 503 dollars. So I'm spending over 650 dollars for all of this. At the very least they should only charge for one visit. That and terrible wait time for customer service means I will never but another one of their products.

The screen stopped working 18 months after we bought it. It will cost almost $800 to replace the screen of this product -- half of what it cost to buy! My recommendation is to read all of the negative reviews of these products before purchasing anything. I would recommend another brand, even if it is more expensive. In the long run it will be cheaper.
