Refusal to cancel or refund
I noticed multiple charges for Fox Nation on my bank statement and tried to find some way to contact them with no luck. I found an email, no reply.
I found a chat box and began a dialog between someone and this went on for a long time they told me I had to talk to the cable provider i signed up with. I had already did that. The agent basically pawned the case off to Roku and Roku shows no subscription. As far as the military discount they offer it makes me sick they want images of personal documents sent to them before they give you one year of free service.
Then its charging you. I can not get these people out of my bank account

LOL...And you trusted these people to tell you the "news" and be honest. If they're stealing from you, how honest is their news? You learned a valuable lesson, my friend.

I’ve called Fox Nation 3 times to date re cancellation of my now deceased father’s account. FN needs to send me a refund in the form of a check for 2024. I cancelled his account on Feb 5, 2024.
