Let’s start with our entry, Walking into this restaurant we have never been here before there is a sign there please Waite to be seated. We stood there for about 5 min while two girls was talking folding laundry. After getting noticed was told just sit anywhere, after sitting ourselves down I do what I do I look I see dirt all over dirty tables a dirty laundry basket on a dining table when they was finished folding there things and removed the basket the table was not cleaned off for the next customer, we just ordered Pizza and some sweet potato fries nothing special it was ok not the best fries was overcooked. As we was eating our lunch there was a family of 5 who showed up one was a little child. They sat them at the dirty table that the laundry basket was sitting on that was never cleaned. I watched the girl get something for the child she dropped it in a pile of dirt by the bench dusted it off and gave it to the child Really !!! I’ll stop here there is more your Food is ok not the best but your staff there pigs

Words cannot describe how fantastic our food was and even better was our server. He knows how to interact with his customers. Sooo refreshing. Dylan was very accommodating to all….and even had a great discussion with the little guy who ordered fettuccine. He was helpful in making suggestions right down to dessert…the chocolate cake with ice cream. He truly is an asset to Zappi’s as is all the staff. We always make sure we have a visit here when in the falls. Thank you Dylan and Zappi’s. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Dinner was very ho-hum. The chicken parm was actually quite tasty; the breading was quite flavourful. Generally speaking, the tomato sauce is pleasant; it is lighter than East Side Mario's, which can almost be like tomato paste. The pizza was good enough if you are looking for something that is not a chain pizza, but I was expecting more given that Zappi's is a pizzeria. The lasagna was very bland and inferior to East Side Mario's. The bread was a disaster; it was literally splices of white bread and shockingly poor. We order the garlic cheese bread, and it was something akin to sub bread with some garlic and cheese; it was very mediocre. The Caesar salads were very underwhelming, especially given the reviews in which people raved about the salads. In short, 0bread and Caesar salads are far superior at East Side Mario's, not that that is a particularly high standard for authentic Italian food, but it is a measuring stick.
We were staying at the Marriott across the street; if we were there again in the future and wanted some late night pizza, sure, we'd go with Zappi's again for pizza because it is right there, and we would know what to expect. But, if we were looking for Italian for dinner, we'd go elsewhere, including East Side Mario's if we had to. It was just a very forgettable experience in terms of food.

Absolutely a gem! Everything about this restaurant is wonderful, most of all the staff! Our waiter went above and beyond. He brought our children chefs hats to decorate then showed up with little balls of pizza dough to play with while waiting for our food. The fun they had!
All the food was fresh and homemade. The pizza was outstanding! We were considering going back for a 2nd night it was so good!

This restaurant was right across from the hotel I was staying at, so I'd made a reservation for dinner there. I was early and it was not very busy, I was seated within ten minutes or less, which still seems a bit long considering they were nearly empty and I had a reservation and was just one person. The decor was charming, the service ok. I didn't care for the food. The tomato sauce that came with the garlic bread and over the veal Parmesan was orange. Not like a regular marinara sauce, so there must be cream or milk in it. It was the color of French dressing orange. The place was as overpriced as most other at the falls and the food mediocre. I would not go back.

Once again after visiting here a few months ago, the place is still packed and serving great pizza and food. Very nice indoor seating in winter after experiencing outside in summer.

This small restaurant was close to our hotel and had availability.
The menu had a good choice of pizza and pasta.
Staff were friendly and the food arrived in good time and was tasty and hot.
There seemed to be an issue with some flies/bugs which was a bit disappointing.
Overall an average restaurant-probably look for somewhere else next time.

Great food at a very reasonable price. Loved the local flavor, no pun intended. The eggplant parm was excellent! I enjoyed the rapini sausage linguini. Took a pizza back to our room for a late-night snack. Very accommodating staff. We'd definitely go back there.

After reading the glowing reviews, my husband and I were excited to visit Zappi’s for an Italian meal. The interior of Zappi’s is very quaint and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, which were tasty, but not heated enough. The bread provided was cold sliced white bread, and the veal and chicken parmigiana was tasteless. If you have had authentic Italian food in the past, you will be disappointed.

Italian family restaurant, tucked near the Falls and hotels. Plenty of parking or just walk over from your hotel. Delicious food, generous servings and friendly staff who make you feel welcome. A very good meal and at decent price.

This was our first time back since pre-Covid and we were so excited to be back! The pizza is delicious, we love the Zappi’s special and the broccoli rabe and sausage. The Greek salad is also delicious. I’m happy to see you can now reserve on Open Table, which I didn’t think we would actually need on a Monday night off season, but the place was packed and I was glad we had made it. This is a perfect place for families or a couple. Non touristy yet just a short walk from the Marriott Falls view hotels. We always have a wonderful visit and look forward to returning again!

Well recommended pizza in Niagara Falls. Had a pitcher of Moosehead and a Oh Canada pizza. Wife had spaghetti. Both were excellent. Service was great. Located close to Embassy Suites.

Checked the menu and decided to give it a try as we were going to the Tom Cochrane concert. The ice water had a foul taste and was undrinkable. They post prices on THEIR web site and when you get there the actual prices are considerably higher. When confronted about it they refuse to honor the web site prices and try to blame Open Table for the problem. Saturday tourist area Niagara Falls where can you go last minute????? Its a scam , they know it and should be fined. On THEIR web site ( not Open Table's ) the Linguine with two meatballs that I was going to order cost $18.25 . At the restaurant it was $19.95 without meatballs which cost and extra $3.50 for a total of $23.45 for a total increase of 28 percent over the listed online price. We both got the chicken parmagiani. The chicken was very small and tough. The sauce was bland. A very bad meal. We will never go there again and will ensure all our friends and out of town company know of this tourist trap.
This is the response we got from them "Ronald, your server did contact me right away about the old menu on Open Table. We fix things right away and she was very willing, and trained to make an adjustment for you.
We are honest people but she stated that you were a real jerk to her and missed it.
So sorry about the issue and your attitude with people, we are not all out to get you.

Honest companies want and accept reviews so that they can improve. They do not insult and attack the customers in response.
When we asked the server about the price difference and even showed her YOUR web site prices on the cell phone there was no apology or offer to honor the price. We did not pursue the matter further and were not rude, loud or insulting in any way. If I was a jerk why did I leave a tip despite the poor food. If you fix things right away why is you we site still wrong today?
You should be sorry about thing you and your business did wrong and not about your customer's alleged attitude.

Delicious and reasonably priced for the area. Good service too! We went back twice while we were on our trip to Niagara! It was just that good!

Zappis was recommended to us by a friendly guy at the Niagara Falls pump station! We are so pleased we tried it, the prices are really good (Niagara Falls is very expensive for food/drink) and the food was great. We very much enjoyed our food.
We were served by a lovely girl called Stephanie, who really took exceptional care of us, thank you.
Definitely a place to try, I don't think you;d be disappointed!
