Hayashi Ayano (林あやの) is a Japanese idol, a founding member of SAISON, a former 7th generation kenshuusei of AKB48, a former member of Kyoiku Teki Shido!! Sense~shon's and Nijiiro no Hikou Shoujo, and a former founding member of Namikibashi Hi-School.
She joined AKB48 in December 2008, and graduated on July 18, 2009.
She joined Kyoiku Teki Shido!! Sense~shon's in July 2012, and graduated in 2014.
She graduated from Namikibashi Hi-School on May 16, 2015.
She joined Nijiiro no Hikou Shoujo on April 4, 2020, and graduated on April 25, 2023.
