Little Hoss
Pros

5-speed 6 cyl. fun to drive, great gas mileage

Cons

Very little storage space inside cab

I call her Baby because she looks little next to my Tahoe. However, Baby is not little on power, comfort, or use. She pulls my 16' trailer, corners like she's on rails, and her instant 4WD is awesome. Her bed cover is water-proof.

The best car I've ever owned.
Pros

Very functional, nicely sized bed, compact size.

Cons

Rough handling over 70 mph and not much power.

I've owned this truck for little over 2 years and have loved it the whole time. Great around the town truck, looks good, great gas mileage, and lots of parts and upgrade available for it.

Great Truck
Pros

Long lasting and reliable.

Cons

Under powered.

The 4 cylinder Ford Ranger is the best, most reliable, long lasting mini pickup. Only the old Toyota truck with the 22R motor compared. You can get 250K+ miles on these.

Great little rig to own!
Pros

solid investment, lasts and lasts

Cons

driver blind spot, ceiling felt drops

I've had this for 5 yrs, and would hate giving this one up. Dependable, easy to fix (a-la YouTube and own experience), comfortable, "sufficient" back of seat storage (1.5' with front seats fwd, 2 drop-down seats in the rear of cab made for kids). 3.0L has great pickup, Covered back bed comes in handy, has 1 1/4" tow pkg. Took some "bangs" (my fault, sorry baby) but still resistant to rust and solid framing (only rust under tube sidesteps). Wash her, replace stuff before when necessary, and treat gently, and this baby will always serve your interests. A couple of minor problems: driver blind spot looking back and right over passenger seat (look twice plz); and ceiling upholstery diminishes and inconveniently drops down over time--can't even glue, tack, or tape it in place. A good investment, serves you well. Replaced engine at 144,000 (2017), drove 30,000 since

Fords in Our Future

During World War II and in the post-war years up to 1949, the Ford Motor Company ran ads with a persistent tagline: “There’s a Ford in Your Future.” That was then. Now it’s rare for any carmaker to talk about future vehicles. But Ford departed from that secretive tradition at its Detroit show press conference, […]
