Ford is the mass-market brand of Ford Motor Co., which also sells luxury vehicles under the Lincoln name. As cars have fallen out of favor with many shoppers, SUVs are now the bulk of Ford's lineup, which includes the compact Escape, three-row mid-size Explorer and full-size Expedition. Ford also revived its Bronco nameplate on an SUV aimed directly at the Jeep Wrangler, as well as a smaller Bronco Sport that shares its underpinnings with the Escape.

The F-Series pickup truck line, which includes the F-150 and Super Duty, has been a top seller for many years, and the company made a big splash with the introduction of the all-electric F-150 Lightning variant. The Ranger returned for 2019 with mid-size dimensions and was joined for 2022 by the Maverick, a front-wheel-drive-based compact pickup that offers a four-cylinder hybrid powertrain.

Ford made a big step into the EV market with the genre-bending Mustang Mach-E SUV, and the beloved Mustang coupe got a substantial revamp for 2024.
