PC SSE - Mod
Just a little mod that I originally made as a feature for Kaidan but decided to expand upon for all NPCs. Basically allows you to sit on an NPCs lap or have them sit on your lap. Triggered through dialogue, most vanilla voices are supported. I put up two versions, one has a relationship check of 2 or higher if you dont want dialogue pollution. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/69697 works in VR as well.

This works hilariously well. You can even pile up - I sat on Elisif's lap then got Viarmo to sit on my lap after the performance of King Olaf's verse and conversed with them as normal.
oh yeah i had that happen too, it was glorious. was with skor and kodlak but still cool. a companions lap sandwich.

My take on the build
First it needs a mod where Speach can effect Shouts for the esthetic
Primary skills - Speach and Illusion. Santa talks to all the children of the world, and even some of their parents, to decide what they get and if they are naughty or nice. The Illusion comes from convincing people for YEARS of their lifes that Santa.is personally visiting them.
He is a jolly old fat man, so id say Heavy Armor. It represents the solidness of his build and the weight of footsteps on the roof.
Speaking of, he gets on the roof from Flying Raindeer. On the one hand, beast control points him at Wood Elf as the race, but having non flying creatures soar across the sky is magical, so i could also see High Elf as the race
Santa loves to give gifts to good boys and girl, and nasty gifts (coal) to those who arent good. This sounds like a reverse pick pocket to me. Leaving gold, rings, maybe a Sweet Roll or two, in the pockets of the good. Perhaps a poison apple, or something of the sorts, to the
Nazeem'sbad people of SkyrimSo my build would be a happy buisness man/shouter (speech) that has an uncanny ability to make everyone beilive in his existance or powers (illusion) that sneaks gifts to the good and punishment to the bad (sneak with pickpocket) his weight (heavy armor) being the only thig to alert those especially interested in Santa, and because its Skyrim he for absolutly 0 reason at all, also happens to be a Stealth Archer

I love your ideas. We could also make him a Kahjit. Fluffy cat, what kid doesn't like cats? Plus, that epic beard being fur sounds hilarious. Ordinator Perks gives the Shout Speech combo, but it also allows animal companions at later speech levels. And, the double jump from Sneak lets him get on the roof easily. Tada, santa!

aww thank you <3 i have inigo/kaidan banter patch coming, and also like, kaidan X bear grylls lol, he'll fish, hunt, set up camp, lead you out of the wilderness.

How many people can you stack on each other's laps? Or is it only just you + 1 other guy?
You can sit on an NPCs lap, and you can get an NPC to sit on yours, so any more than that would require the ability to tell an NPC to sit on another NPC
Something I can't see from screenshots - what happens sitting in a Jarl's lap? The sitting pose is different in the first place.
no idea. never looked at balgruuf and had the inclination. im guessing it'll work, but with any sitting variations there'll prob be clipping.
I promise my only inclination is out of a dedication to testing code.

thats coz Munn is an artist and her screenshots are always gonna look good. i can get u some screenshots with whole heads going through other heads. someone used it with a table in front and clipped thru the whole table. theres just always gonna be clipping, its the nature of the beast. all u can do is ignore it or HC that your LDB has some kind of incorporeal powers or something.

I appreciate it won't be 100% coverage for all scenarios without immense bloat.

Can't wait to test it out. I still haven't yet, catching up to where I was in my Kaidan playthrough before, definitely trying it with him first. And then Teldryn Sero, and then Jenassa... :D

I just got this goofy mod yesterday and couldn't get it to work, even though it was at the bottom of my load order. I have a bunch of other animation mods though.
you don't have the dialogue option at all? or you have the dialogue option but nothing happens when you select it?
The dialogue is there but it just shifts to my third person camera for a moment, I'm running immersive interactions, the sexy sit mod, immersive expressions, etc.
Can you add this midgame?
