I saw a deal for a christmas ornament so I bought 40 to sell on for more, the company has the right to refuse sale if it was a mistake or they misold to many, no problem.
My review was the way they do this, they took 3 weeks before refunding and then telling me sorry it was a technical error and to re-order.
clearly I can't reorder as its gone now.
as I said a mis-price doesn't have the be given and I didn't care, however what I do care about is first holding money for weeks, and second then lying about it.
I tried to express my concerns that this was poor behavior and was really not warranted, but they just ignored.
Are you going to order and get your stuff?... most likely
are they a company you should trust.. on my expierence likely not.
I think the low stars on here says it all.
advice to flying tiger, don't lie, be honest nobody cares.

I spent £75 on my grandchildren’s Easter hunt presents at the Putney store last week. . A reel of Sellotape I bought, when opened, did not function, and the metal serrated edge fell off. I returned to the store where the shop assistant agreed it was defective, agreed that it had been bought at her shop, but said it was company policy there unless I had a receipt I could not have a replacement item. I did not have a receipt, and so she refused to help me. The shopper standing behind me said that she would walk out of the store in solidarity without purchasing the items she had picked up. She also spoke to a person just outside the shop and recommended that they should not come in because of such poor customer service. No wonder the trust pilot scores are so low.

I'm always happy with purchases from Tiger, both online and in store. their products are unique, funny and affordable. delivery times are standard, and in case of problems the customer service is ready to help as quickly as possible.

I've used FT online for several years and haven't had any problems whatsoever. COOL stuff, easy ordering, good prices, amazing sales, reasonable shipping..why are the ratings so low? Their quirky products are high quality and reasonably priced, perfect for little gifts and RAKs. I just wish there was a store near me.

I’ve shopped with FTC for years and always really loved their stuff.
However, I made an online order which was then cancelled 13 days later after I gave my full address and some of the products I purchased are no longer in stock.
They claim to have not been able to process it despite not having my correct delivery address. However I sent them the full address and I have had an order sent to my address before.
There was no attempt to rectify this other than free shipping for my next order which I now won’t be placing because of this poor service.
I asked to make a complaint and was essentially told I won’t be getting my order. The person who responded was polite and clear though.
Whole experience has put me off from buying from FTC in the future, which is really a shame.

I made a purchase of multiple items for gifts, value was around £40, delivery as stated on the website, 5-7 days. I wanted to return my order, there is no obvious way to do this on the website so I contacted customer services by email. The response took about 24 hours but from there the response rate was very quick and once they understood my request the resolution was very satisfactory and my refund was processed same day,

What went wrong? The shops are lovely but the online experience is shocking. Delivery time promises are a guess rather than reality. You place an order, they wait a few days then give you a non existent tracking number and boom, your moneys gone and they don’t answer any enquiries. I wish I had read other reviews before chancing making an order. My advice is avoid at all costs.

Scammers! I contacted them about not receiving an order after 4 weeks and received an email saying that my parcel was in transit but couldn’t be traced. I waited another two weeks before requesting a refund to find they had blocked my emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Bought two of the Spillekonsol Game consoles as presents in store at Lakeside.
The battery compartment on both has a tiny screw holding the compartment closed. There is nothing, literally nothing, that will turn this screw - not even a tiny screwdriver - so it's completely unusable.

Avoid at all costs. Made a purchase well over a week ago now, an despite saying it's "been dispatched" it actually hasn't. Nothing has been collected by yodel, nothing has been sent out and my emails are being ignored.

Fabulous online shopping experience all over the Christmas shopping period and sales in January. Orders were on time beautifully and sensitively packaged and in some cases of a much higher quality than I expected. I went back to your site again and again for decorations for presents and stocking fillers. Here I am revisiting for lovely autumn items !

I love this shop. Don't get to visit one as much as I would like. When I say I love it, I mean the products. I would give the products 5. Sadly my experience at Bromley on Tuesday morning didn't make me want to visit again. Male and female in there. Make I can't say nothing about as he wasn't near me. The female by the self service miserable. I don't expect much as I served myself but she paid no attention and no smile. I said by bye and got nothing. Nope, nothing in-fact she may of forgot even customers was even there. She may need to be reminded basic awareness and customer service goes along away.

I love the range of goods available at Tiger. All sorts of daft things you didn't know you needed at very reasonable prices. Brilliant Christmas decorations especially. I didn't realise the items would be coming from Denmark (I had imagined a UK depot), so they do take a while to arrive. There are no updates & tracking doesn't work. It would be great if this could be improved. That said, I've ordered 3 times now & not been disappointed yet.

Don’t buy online from this company. I should have looked on Trust Pilot. I bought an online item at the end of November for a Xmas present and I am still waiting. No email response from Flying Tiger regarding the order after contacting them twice regarding non delivery and conflicting tracking information from Evri. Both Flying Tiger and Evri are chaotic. I’ve requested a refund but hold no hope in getting it or the parcel.
