    The hour follows the adventures of Trademark Properties, a small real estate company in South Carolina, as they troll middle class areas to buy the rundown, "worst" home that is the bane of the neighborhood. This first episode introduces the City of Charleston and the characters of Trademark Properties. We join their hectic, pressure filled world of home renovation, flipping properties and doing everything you can to "Get it Done!" Richard C. Davis, owner of Trademark Properties, is trying to convince the owner of a spectacular but neglected home on the water to sell him the property. At the same time, Ginger, number two at the company, has found a property she desperately wants to renovate and convinces Richard to give her a chance.

    Richard and the Trademark team take a chance and buy a small house that hasn't been opened in 5 years. The owner, who grew up with her parents in the house, couldn't bear to go back inside after her parents passed away. Now, after so many years of neglect, Richard promises to restore the house back to its original glory. Construction goes as planned until the crew discovers that things have been stolen from the house during the night. Taking the law into their own hands, Kevin and Richard set up a stake out to catch a thief. We also meet Lori who is filling in for Dawn as the Project Coordinator. It's an uphill battle for her though as none of the crew believes she can do the job. Can Lori overcome all the mishaps and stressful situations and meet the deadline for the open house?

    Richard and Kevin's friendship is put to the test when Kevin asks to be involved in the investment side of the business. Setting his sights on a beautiful but unfinished waterfront house on Foley Beach, Kevin convinces Richard it's a good house to flip. At $1.2 million it's a big gamble but Richard, unsure at first, agrees to go 50/50 on the house with Kevin. Things get out of hand as costly decisions are made that Kevin and Richard don't necessarily agree on and threaten a slim profit margin. A lifelong friendship strains at the seams until Dawn takes matters into her hands and uses a little southern style coaxing to get the two friends back together. Tune in to learn the incredible value of waterfront property, true friendship, and find out whether Richard is pushed out of his helicopter or does he jump?

    Ginger takes matters into her own hands in this episode as she finds a perfect house for the Trademark team to flip. Richard encourages her to "run with this one" and at the foreclosure auction and she gets the house for a steal. Things start to go downhill though as she soon discovers that her "perfect" house needs more work then she originally thought. Termites, inspectors, water damage are only some of the things that push the budgets dangerously close to the team's bottom line. Determined to flip this house on her own, Ginger pushes the team to meet the deadlines. But, when a "miscommunication" with the Charleston County Court threatens their ownership of the house, Gingers goes into panic mode and resorts to asking Richard for help.

    In this episode Richard buys a foreclosed home at auction that's perfect for flipping, but there's one catch - Gus! Not willing to put Gus, his family and his yard full of junk cars out on the street, Richard finds a creative solution to the problem. And on the other side of town, on another foreclosed property, Richard hires a couple of young bucks to "sugarcoat" a house - clear the yard, pull up the carpet, and paint. Be prepared for a surprise when we compare the profit margins of a quick-fix house flip and a total renovation house flip.

    Ginger buys a house at auction that's sure to be a winner...great price, great location, she even has a buyer in hand! But when the demolition starts, Kevin and the construction team realize there's more then a just few problems lurking beneath the surface. It only gets worse when the contractors go too far with demolition and rip out more then they leave behind. As the budget spirals out of control, feathers are rustled when Dawn takes the reigns from Ginger - do they really get into a fight? Anyone else would run from this house but when Richard steps in, Team Trademark shifts into high gear. And at the end of the day, it's up to Ginger to sell the house and turn a profit.

    Richard and the team take a chance on an "ugly duckling" in the hopes of transforming it into a "swan". After finding a great house at auction in Greenville, S.C., Ginger and the team are off to a good start - that is, until they see it. An imposing red brick house at the top of a steep driveway spells nothing but trouble unless they can drastically change the appearance. The trick though - making it all happen within a tight budget. For this job, Richard turns to Hollywood and calls in his brother Chris, a Production Designer in the film business, to bring a little "movie magic" to this house. But watch out - he may turn it into a scene from Jurassic Park.
