ERASERHEADS LIVE! The Final Set (or simply "The Final Set") is the final concert of the Eraserheads during their reunion held March 7, 2009 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, Pasay City.

Rapper Francis Magalona, a close friend of the band, was supposed to perform during the song Superproxy. Magalona also released a version of the song called Superproxy 2K6 (which featured Ely Buendia). However, Magalona died the day before the concert. As a tribute, the band performed Magalona's 1995 song Kaleidoscope World during the concert.

At the end of the concert, Buendia set the piano featured on the cover of their fifth album Sticker Happy.
