Insulting to have such a bad quality app for a subscription platform. Imposible to stream. Either it's stuck refreshing or i get a message 'aplicar' leading nowhere...

Sentimos mucho la mala experiencia, Theodora. Tuvimos una incidencia puntual que afectaba a algunos dispositivos y cuyos efectos eran similares a los que describes. Cuando puedas, dinos si ya no se repitió esa mala experiencia, para que podamos ver si la solución que aplicamos fue efectiva. ¡Gracias!

Honestly this is probably the worst app I've ever used. Easy enough to pay, I got the €15 option, but can't even log into the thing or access content from my phone... I was excited to try some new, innovative and different but so far it's not worth the trouble and I'll probably cancel my subscription based on the experience so far!

Serch dosent work. Android and Apple app are useless. Filmin is the best film plattform I know, I am a loyal user since years ago. Neverthless the mobile applications don't work, downloads fail 99% of times, visualizations always with bugs and very bad functionalities. Que pena!
