This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing start-up dedicated to building an unrivaled betting experience for millions of sports fans everywhere. We're looking for a Product Designer who is excited and ready to deliver high-quality, beautifully simple user experiences that our customers will love - a true advocate for product, users, and genuine creativity.

What’s the position?

• Manage and deliver promotional banners tailored to complement key marketing campaigns and tentpole events.
  
• Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of mockups, ensuring impeccable organization, accessibility, and version control.
  
• Collaborate closely with the marketing design team to seamlessly integrate mockups and interfaces into promotional materials.
  
• Design and produce engaging visual content for digital, print, and video platforms, including animated UI flows.
  
• Develop animated artifacts to enhance user experience and drive engagement across various platforms.
  
• Create feature prototypes to effectively demonstrate functionality and design concepts.
  
• Coordinate with project managers to align asset development with project timelines and objectives.
  
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in asset management, interface animation, and promotional design.
  
• Conduct regular quality assessments of assets to uphold brand guidelines and ensure optimal user experience.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Visual Production Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have a creative spark (see cats, ligers and robo-unicorns above).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling designs.
• You appreciate big picture thinking and recognize the importance of prioritizing the short term milestones that will move the needle towards the long term mission.
• You're data-driven and use data insights to influence designs.
• You have a creative mindset.
• You can work independently and take ownership of your projects.
• You're highly organized and great at time management.
