Temco mFCS Integrated BLDC motor is driven by variable speed control. It can couple with either traditional 3 speeds thermostat or 0~10V Steeples Control Thermostat. mFCS can reduce energy consumption by >80％ at low speed operation when compared to traditional AC fan.

The material of the PM motor is composed of strong magnetic materials. Strong magnetic flux will be generated by the coils of the stator at operation. Since energy is stored in the rotor’s magnetic material, it reduces the core loss and achieves very high energy efficiency. PM motor can minimize the noise generated because of no brush and low core loss. High efficiency reduces heat loss which will elongate motor bearing life and extends the motor lifespan.

Temco mFCS Integrated BLDC motor generates much less heat during operation. When compared to the AC motor, it reduces heat loss of 95% and 58% at low and high speed operation respectively. The heat generated by the motor will become a heat load to the central air conditioning system and causes wastage.

The Power Factor of TEMCO mFCS operating at low speed achieves >0.85; by which is an ideal figure. It helps to reduce VAR power loss and enhances the power quality.
