We had a very nice one night stay at this hotel. I love that this hotel is at the centre of it all. It is connected to several other main hotels including Four Points Sheraton and the Hilton. The hotel offers indoor walkways to these hotels from Fallsview, which is so appreciated in the cold winter months. There are also several restaurants, shops and the casino all within indoor walking distance. The customer service is very good. We had been travelling all day with our 5 year old, and decided to order room service at after 8:30 PM. It arrived within 20 minutes. The pool it's nice — it is quite small, but the water is warm, and it is suitable for children to swim in. The spa is also very nice. The rooms are clean and tbe views of the falls are amazing. Overall this is a very good hotel, and will make for a very nice one to two night stay in Niagara Falls. …

Excellent for a mini vacation, nice pool and hot tub, good gym equipment. Truly a five star facility. The casino has all the latest slot machines as well as the table games The location is close to the falls and easily within walking distance of the many tourist attractions.

I have been to Fallsview frequently over the years and have seen many changes...some good and some bad. Ever since Mohegan has taken over the changes have been nothing but bad. From the parking changes of both location for hotel guests and charging for parking even when you've spent quite a bit in their casino to changes in the buffet and changes in their actual hotel and the complimentary rooms...it has gone WAY downhill. There are many more casinos and hotels in the province. I would recommend going to one of those instead.

I have come to Fallsview since it first opened. It was an enjoyable day away from the daily grind. I no longer find that to be the case. Ever since Mohegan took over it has been, from my perspective, a gradual move away from the "recreational" gamer to a more "upscale" gamer. From the increase in the progressive limit amounts to the increase in the price of the food ( buffet ) to the increase in the max limits for slots, playing at Fallsview has become a very much more expensive entertainment venue when compared to all the prior years. If the service, quality of food, and other amenities, etc. increased by as much it would be more acceptable. But, that is not the case. As a result, I no longer see Fallsview as my first option for gaming.

Hello Tracey, thanks for your question. Self-parking rates in the parking garage at Fallsview Casino Resort range from $20 to $40 and valet parking rates range from $30 to $50. Daily rates are posted upon entrance to the parking garage. Payment is taken upon each exit based on the departure day's rate. Parking rates are subject to change. Thank you for your question. Membership is not required to dine at the Fallsview Casino Resort Grand Buffet. Customers who are members of the Players Advantage Club receive a discount at the buffet. Please note that the Grand Buffet is located inside the casino and guests must be 19 years of age or older to enter and dine.
Membership is free. To sign up, please visit the Players Advantage Club Booth. Must be 19 years of age or older to join. Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented. For more information, please visit our website. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. Canadian currency can be exchanged to U.S. currency with any cage cashier on the gaming floor, or at the Foreign Exchange outlet in the Galleria Shops. In addition, there are several banks and financial services outlets in the surrounding area of Fallsview Casino.

Thank you for your question. Our indoor pool is open to our hotel guests with their room key card as access, from 7:00 am – 10:30 pm daily (with adults-only swim periods from 7am - 8am and 9:30pm - 10:30pm).
All guests using the pool must be 12 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who is not less than 16 years of age.
