A joy and delight to walk through these gardens. Grand children loved the fairy village and it brough back memories of being there with my father and taking delight in the discoveries as a little girl

The gardens are a fabulous place to visit when in Melbourne. So close to the city but when walking through the gardens it does feel like it. The gardens are beautiful

Took a short 10 minute walk from our hotel (Marriott) and reached the park. We found the pond in the middle of the park. It's a nice park in the middle of the city.

Some people were laying out on the grass and walking their dogs. If you are looking for some green space, it's a good place.

Melbourne is loaded with lovely gardens and parks and this is one of them, just North of the center. Landscaping and maintenance are excellent.

The Fitzroy Gardens is a garden within Melbourne, located in East Melbourne. While the main attraction is Cook's Cottage - an 18th century cottage from England - there are lots of beautiful fountains and statues, as well as a greenhouse, a miniature village, and the Fairies Tree.
