I like Dr. Ramos but his office does not respond or do what they are supposed to. I’ve been trying, for about 7 weeks, to get them to order me a tens machine and it seems that nobody knows what to do. Interesting enough, Dr. Ramos ordered me one about 1 1/2 years ago and I had it in days. This staff had me running to Walgreens where they told me they didn’t provide that kind of equipment. But yet I stood at the window in Dr. Ramos office where they swear they called and verified that it was there waiting for me! They have also messed up my medication and I went the whole Thanksgiving holiday without, because they were closed. Now I’m moving in to a new doctor because Dr. Ramos gave me injections two weeks ago and I’ve been having extreme pain in the same area ever since. Even though he told me to call if I had any problems, they kept putting me off and finally gave me an appointment for next week... three weeks of suffering. It’s more than I can bare!
