We have four sizes of storm shelters that can be installed in your garage, carport, patio, or yard. The “Regular” size storm shelter will hold 6-8 people. The “Large” size storm shelter will hold 8-10 people. The “Extra-Large” size storm shelter will hold 10-12 people. The “Jumbo” size storm shelter will hold 12-14 people . We have 10 new features that make them the best tornado shelters on the market today. For people who prefer an outdoor shelter, it comes equipped with a water tight and shock assist lid that allows easy opening and closing. Each tornado shelter can be retro-fitted with a 8-ton emergency hydraulic jack and winch to insure you exit the shelter safely.

METAL SAFE ROOMS

Each Safe Room is 4′ deep and 6′ wide and 6′ 4″ tall with no permanent seating. We also offer 4′ x 8′ safe rooms and can also build customized safe rooms that meet your particular needs. We purposely left seating out to allow for your own stools or fold out type lawn chairs etc. It allows for the entrance of a wheel-chair or electric scooter chair.There is nothing on the market stronger or anchored with any heavier anchoring system. It can be installed in one day and can be put in a garage or in a closet during the construction phase of building your home.The door swings to the inside which allows for the door to be opened if debris is against it. It comes with three interior 3/4″ steel latching pins to secure the door. It also has a locking dead bolt to be able to use it as a safe.The walls are 1/4″ plate and has 2″ steel tubing framing. Our storm shelters exceed FEMA guidelines for storm shelter construction. The safe room shelter is anchored to an existing slab with 10- 1/2″X 4″ Red Head wedge anchor bolts.
