Everton can confirm its contract with Yannick Bolasie will expire on 30 June.

After signing a five-year deal in 2016 Yannick quickly became a fans’ favourite and scored his first goal for the Club against Burnley in September that year.

In the December of his first season Yannick suffered a cruciate ligament injury while playing in a Premier League fixture against Manchester United.

On his return to fitness Yannick made 17 appearances for the Club in the 2017/18 season before joining Aston Villa on loan in August 2018.

Further loan spells followed – at Anderlecht, Sporting Lisbon and Middlesbrough, where he played during the 2020/21 season.
