Do not stay at this hotel!!!! If it was up to me, I would not have even given this hotel 1 star. The pictures on their website are extremely MISLEADING. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dead cockroaches and balls of hair on the floor, stained appliances and massive dark stains on the couch, empty bathroom soap containers in the bathroom, used towels in the bathroom and leftover food and drinks from previous guests in the fridge. It felt as though previous guests were evicted minutes before our arrival and we were invading their space. When asked if the room could be cleaned, they went in and swept up the bug and did nothing else. Staff were not willing to accommodate and/or provide a refund. DISGUSTING.

Hotel is well located and rooms are large. But Hotel is in need of major room updates as damaged floors, walls, furniture, etc. Housekeeping is quite poor- Dirty cups from previous guest left in our room. Dusty shelves. Our room also had a leaking toilet that leaked water onto the bathroom floor. We informed hotel housekeeping but it was never addressed. We ended up just leaving towels on bathroom floor to soak up water. For 350/night-Not worth the expense.

When I booked the room thru Priceline, it said that it is a 4 star hotel. It is NOT. Maybe 2.5. I can't believe I paid that much for the room. It was clean(ish). I think it was a condo converted into a hotel. It has a separate mini kitchen which we did not use, a separate living room with a small desk, which is not necessary for us, but may be for some others who travel for work. No bedside table, no outlet to charge your phone at bedside. There was one tiny table in the bedroom, but it was on the foot of the bed. Weird layout.
Staff was friendly and professional.
The only thing going for this hotel is the proximity to Battery park and 911 museum.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. How could this hotel possibly get such a high star level?
I travel often and stay at 4 star hotels. Reason why I was misled when I booked this hotel on Priceline and it showed up as a 4 star hotel.
This hotel is antiquated, very basic and the first staff member at the front desk seems like he has personal issues. No wonder he gave me a room facing a courtyard and brick walls. Hate is real, 🤔😅.
Anyway, it’s a simple, oldish decent hotel, with at best a 2.5 star. I stayed at the AC hotel around the counter. That one one could be a 3.5 stars

Not recommended. The worst value for money I have experienced in NYC. Seedy. Feels like an SRO converted to a hotel. And not done with any quality of construction. No bedside tables. No outlets by the bed. Chipped paint and stained upholstery. Noisy AC. Peeling floor laminates. Thin towels. No wash clothes.

I paid over $400 for a so-called suite.

Let me see if I can paint you a picture. I roll my luggage down Wall St, and hang a left onto Front Street. As I get close to where I thought Eurostars is, I see an awning that says "Hotel Wall Street". There was a flag over it, but it was wound up (probably in shame). I finally noticed the faint writing on the window that said "Eurostars". I went in the door, and noticed that there are stairs up to the lobby (not the most accessible, but that is the least of their problems). I got 1/2 way up the stairs before, what I assume was the bellhop, got up from the couch and 1/2 pretended to offer help.

Now let me say that I stayed here before a long time ago. The bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor. I had to ask for extra pillows, and they ended up bringing me another comforter, which I doubled and slept on top of. Well, this time I saw that they had "updated" the hotel, which I hoped had included the beds. Nope. The next morning I mentioned how hard the beds were. The guy at the front desk said "really?" like he had never heard that before. Really insulting. He then said "All of our beds are the same, there shouldn't be a problem." Then, in a complete contradiction he offered to move me to another room. I then asked the obvious question "If all the beds are the same, how will that help?" I asked him to send up extra pillows, so I could sleep on them. He said he would.

That night, no pillows. Whatever. I was in town for work, and didn't have time to deal with crappy hotel service. Now let's take a minute to notice some of the other lacking aspects of the hotel room. There was no guide for the tv channels, despite the idea that most guests are from out of town and don't know what the channels are. There was no hotel book with basic information, like numbers to reach the concierge, restaurant hours, gym information, etc. Nothing. Not one piece of hotel information in the room.

The next morning, I was in the bathroom, and look down. Next to my feet is a parasite looking bug swarming around the room. I kill it, notice another one and kill that. On my way out the door, I tell the front office that I killed 2 gross bugs in my bathroom. He remembers me at the guest he sent pillows up to. I let him know I never got them. He looks confused, refers to a clip board, and says he will take care of the bug issue, and be sure pillows are sent up.

That night - still no pillows. The next morning, two more bugs, and I notice a dark kinky hair on the floor of the bathroom. I really don't understand why people need to come in and "clean" my room. I mean they move my toothbrush, invariably putting germs on it for no reason. They move my things around, and leave the bugs and their hair on the floor.

The last day, I found one more of those nasty bugs. I had about had it. This time, I grabbed a cup and trapped it. Then I caught a little video of it moving around in the cup, to illustrate the disgusting-ness of this hotel stay. (sorry can't post link) I showed it to the two guys at the front desk, when I was checking out. They looked dumbfounded. Didn't offer to refund any part of my stay and just let me leave without attempting to fix any part of the stay.

When they asked if I would stay there again I said "I think not."

I can honestly say that I have never had a really bad stay at a hotel, until now! There was two men banging on my door around 10:30 at night. They woke up my children and scared my wife. I did not open the door. After about 15-20 minutes of banging on my door and the door of the room next to me, it stopped. Moments later my phone rang. The man on the other end threatened to kill my family and I after I had informed him that he had the wrong room. I called the hotel staff and they had a nonchalant attitude and seemed like they didn't care about what just took place. They said something along the lines of "they must have the wrong room." I was appalled to think that this type of behavior is acceptable. Needless to say, we checked out around 11pm. We have been requesting to speak to a manager in regards to a refund. Their customer service skills are the worst. This hotel's security protocols are nonexistent! The location is ideal, but all of the nonsense is not with the risk! Book at your own risk!!!

At best, this is a 2 star hotel and even then would get a mediocre review. There is nothing 4 star about this hotel - location has nothing to do with quality! I'm extremely dubious about many of the "outstanding" ratings of this property - 'too good to be true' comes to mind.

Problems: horrible and dirty corridors; no room safe; no in-room directory; no 'do not disturb' sign; flaky shower; appalling breakfast (even by 2 star hotel standards, for a "four star" just laughable; "ran out of breakfast" at 8:55AM on a Sunday; completely disinterested staff; several lights not working in very gloomy bedroom; noisy and underpowered air conditioning.

On the plus side: great location; large room (by Manhattan standards at least); nice architecture (only outside unfortunately).

I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

When I reserved, I selected the "Business Avantages" plan to add on to my stay at USD 20. According to the website, this plan includes breakfast. Yet when I checked in, the front desk staff told me that breakfast was not included in my stay. I ended up paying USD 12 on each of the three days I had breakfast. Nor was I offered a courtesy bottle of water, hot drink and bathrobe that the plan supposedly includes.

Very disappointed that I was scammed out of what I paid for.

Hotel has a musty stuff smell, probably coming from a large stain in the carpet. As you walk down the hallway you get the sense of being in a college dorm.. Here's the list of things that just don't make sense for any hotel!!!!!!!!
- banged up and scratched doors
-closet door handle broken and hanging through broken wood
- large scratches in the drywall in the room
- sparsely decorated room
- broken shower head
- broken bathroom faucet
- dirty bathroom floor
- no place to hang clothes or extra towels in the bathroom
- a business center that consists of a folding table, laptop and printer, but the speed is very slow on the laptop and you can't print to the printer. I had to email my documents to the hotel who then printed them off for me
- flat screen TV that isn't high-definition, how is that possible for any quality hotel
- remote to the TV didn't work and had to be replaced

I would NOT recommend that hotel to anyone!!!!!! Find another hotel.
