I made the best decision possible by coming to Elon University. I have met the best people and am always having a good time. The classes are great because of their small size and I have had excellent professors. All of the facilities on campus are great. The food is unbelievably good for college dining halls and for that reason most students have dining plans in some fashion for all four years. The athletics are fun for a small school. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved whether that be through the almost 300 clubs, Greek life, volunteering, or the many other student organizations. Safety has never been an issue on campus while I have been here. The campus is also gorgeous. Going to Elon will be the best decision you make!

Review Elon University

Elon University is a good well rounded private school overall, the food is better than anticipated and they work hard to meet the needs of any students with disabilities, dietary restrictions, and mental or physical health concerns. The staff works very hard to keep Elon clean, safe, and friendly, and all faculty and staff I’ve interacted with have been lovely. There is a lot of partying, most of it related to Greek life which about 70% of the school is involved in. That can be a pro or a con depending on your personal preferences but there are also opportunities to meet people and try new things outside of Greek life which is good for students who aren’t interested in rushing.

Elon is a small school, much like a private high school. The campus is beautiful but not very large. There are always events to attend to on campus. All my experiences with classes and professors have been amazing. After all Elon is the #1 school for undergraduate teaching. Because the classes are small it’s very easy to have classes with the same people especially in your specific major.
