What we all need to hear
Ethan puts a voice to something we all struggle with. He speaks to his own struggles that we all identify with. Ethan is an inspiration in that he has achieved something amazing but acknowledges the achievement is the process not the outcome. Keep going Ethan this podcast is awesome.
Great, informative listen
Not only has this man had a great on screen career, but he has achieved even higher greatness by turning himself around. Full of knowledge and fun. Highly recommend
AMAZING!!!
I can not recommended this podcast enough.
Being someone that has had my own complicated relationship with food my entire life, this podcast has bought inspiration, Hope and joy to my life.
Whether it be a famous or not so famous guest I love listening to everyone’s different struggles and views and realising I’m not alone with this whole food deal and the ups and down of dealing with it.
Ethan is so easy to listen to , his voice is both soothing and he puts so many things in layman’s terms and makes things that never made sense suddenly so easy to understand.
Easily my favourite podcast and I will often relisten to certain episodes and get something different out of it each time .
Thank you Ethan for everything that you do!
