With the Closed Beta testing completed and pre-orders still live, players have even more to anticipate as the Trophy list for the action-adventure sandbox game Sea of Thieves was made public. This Trophy list differs slightly from what's currently available to Xbox and PC players, as a few Trophies are not included in the game at launch.
Developer Rare has revealed that players may be able to auto-unlock some of the Trophies when logged in and playing on PlayStation 5. Nevertheless, we've gathered all the information from across the Sea of Thieves and detailed the Trophy list for Sea of Thieves on PlayStation 5 consoles at launch.
Sea Of Thieves PS5 Trophies Explained
Firstly, all base game and other active achievements for Xbox and Steam will directly "convert to Trophies for Sea of Thieves on PlayStation 5. There won't be exclusive trophies for the platform; however, players who've completed achievements on Xbox or Steam may have some auto-unlock on PS5 once logged into the game.
This was detailed in the PS5 FAQ post, in which the developer further added that if some Trophies unlock due to "existing achievement progress," they "will need to replay to fully unlock Trophies" on the platform. 60 Trophies are required to unlock the Pirate Perfectionist Platinum Trophy, which is part of the base game, with additional Trophies coming from previously released game updates.
Around 254 Trophies will be available for Sea of Thieves on PS5 at launch, according to TrueTrophies. The developer has stated that "more Trophies will be added over time, similar to achievements." which we've listed them all below based on their rarity (Platinum, Gold, and Bronze):
