We have just completed on the sale of our home in Kirkby Stephen. The person leading our sale was Leeselle Wren. My wife and I have sold four properties. The service we have received from JR Hopper has been the best of the four agents we have worked with. In particular, the service we have received from Leeselle has been fabulous all the way through the process from the thoroughness of her pitch for our business to managing issues all the way up to completion. Her communication whether by phone or email was first class. Our sale was not straight forward. Leeselle showed great expertise in managing issues as they arose and dealing with them in a very professional manner. She was calm throughout and handled both us and the purchaser with skill and expertise. The team supporting Leeselle were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Leeselle has been the most helpful Estate Agent I have ever used in connection with the purchase of a property. She had so much patience in showing me property after property, until I found the right one. Then she was indispensable during the actual purchase, finding out information on my behalf and liaising with the Vendor over various queries arising. I would have no hesitation in using this company again. Leeselle went way above and beyond what is expected from an Estate Agent.

team. From first viewing our property with lovely Yvonne, to eventually buying it through the expertise of Pam we could not have asked for a better service.

Working with an Agent who really does go all out for their customers makes the stressful process of moving so much easier. From viewings, all the way through to moving day, Christina, Sarah and Angela have been brilliant. We did have a few little issues when we moved in but Sarah did a fantastic job of liaising with our Landlord, Contractors and kept us up to date all the way. I've just moved into a lovely cottage in Wensleydale and have been delighted with the service from J R Hopper. In this instance, the landlord was managing the tenancy so JRH took care of the referencing and admin prior to the move.
The process was very smoothly managed from start to finish and I found it easy and convenient. I must especially thank Christina, who showed us around and answered all our questions and Angela, who dealt with the documentation and contractual issues.

Not only does she have vast experience in the lettings business but she is also a landlord so understands exactly problems from a landlord's perspective.
