Temporary Worker (Current Employee) - multiple sites - September 20, 2022
The company provides excellent work. As a temp agent they give you jobs of various variety and usually gives training before jobs that may be more difficult or require you to learn what to do.

Waiter. Bartender. Captain. Others (Former Employee) - Bronx, NY - March 8, 2022
It's not a agency you can count to get enough income to live, when I used to work for them I used to get one job a week maybe one gig in two weeks. Is not a reliable company. Nobody used it. Cuz of the coworker I have to teach them how to work. How to set up tables and how you serve, thru the left and pick up thru the right side. Wine and water always full.

Poor Management and toxic culture
Account Coordinator (Former Employee) - Hauppauge, NY - July 11, 2021
Ive worked at this company for 4 months and I’ve seen 8 people leave. They make it seem like a regular M-F 9-5 job but end up asking you to work overtime and weekends. They also barely train and expect you to take on work that people don’t take on 5 years in…overall it was very toxic and I do not recommend working here.
Pros
Occasional free food
Cons
Poor management, toxic culture, doesn’t treat workers fairly

Bad Experience
Recruiter Corporate (Current Employee) - New York, NY - June 10, 2021
First and foremost everyone was super welcoming. However, too many cliques, gossip and unprofessionalism. No diversity what so ever. Low salary for newbies. Shady clients that don’t pay candidates what they deserve and like to let people go last day they actually need them, super unprofessional! They have also fired people without warning or anything in this company. HR is a joke and not really HR if you have a problem they will tell the CEO. This is a family business just remember that! Super cool and fun people (some) but if you are a person that cares about morals, diversity, collaboration, and your mental health don’t bother.
Pros
Some nice people, free lunches, free coffee
Cons
Benefits, gossip, Hr

They found me a job and now I have a career
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) - New York, NY - October 13, 2018
The Bachrach group... are life changers. They find you temp jobs that can be permanent fixes for your career. After 2 weeks of going back n forth trying get me a temp job I had moved on to other agencies but still kept in contact. On a random Sunday at 830pm I got a call for a job and I needed to be there at 8 AM Monday! I thought I was unprepared and not equipt to make it there in less than 12 hours. Bachrach assured me it wouldn't be anything too difficult. I took the bait and for the first month they were right, it was fine! Soon my recurring manager called and said my company may want to keep me. That was in February of 2018 and it is now October of 2018. I am growing with my company, gaining skills and knowledge that I never thought Bachrach group would help get me to. They led me to the water and I am more than grateful to be here!
Pros
Multiple job options, direct deposit, building is easy to access, decent pay rate
Cons
May take a few weeks to get the right job, communication may be hard depending on your schedule
