    Pros

As an organization, they deeply care about your well-being and that you have a good work-life balance. It was only because the actor and writer strikes in 2023 (EP's bottom line for the year was decimated as a result) that I was laid off along with 74 others. Their severance package was even quite generous!

    Cons

I can't think of any cons.

      Interview

Had an initial virtual interview with the recruiter. Passed and another interview was scheduled. The next interview went extremely well, seemed like a great fit, received two thumbs up! Last interview was scheduled for the next morning, fast process. This interview was a 180 from the first two interviews. The person was 15 minutes late and not prepared. Only asked a few questions, had a difficult time locating my resume - seemed extremely distracted. Never heard back though I was assured I would be advised either way.

How would you handle if the CEO needed assistance but you had another urgent call.
