Catered in lunches, great camaraderie on floor. A lot of autonomy, which is always nice. Ability to work from home without notice. Honor system PTO. Great people.

Working at Emma is a great experience. You'll make alot of friends and your managers are extremely understanding. A typical day for a supporter is staying logged into your phones or answering customer questions through other mediums of contact (instant messaging, emails, community posts, etc...) Your team is always going to be awesome and friendly!
