Troy is a sneaky devil and stole our money Natalia is very nice but she was 2 dimensional and all of the vending machines were broken I do not recommend this hotel if there were a
apocalypse and I could go in the hotel or stay still and have zombies eat me alive I would choose the ladder. Most staff were very kind however as I mentioned before Natalia was 2 dimensional and Troy was an evil demon that likes stealing from innocent families trying to enjoy a well earned vacation. This business should be shut down. Please just do not ever visit this hotel thank you.

I'll start off with what made my experience here nice and I'll work my way down to what I didn't like.

      The good:

1: location location location. This hotel is walking distance from almost every important thing in Niagara Falls, as well as next to the casino that has the best rates in town for currency exchange.

2: spectacular views. The hotel has outstanding views of the falls that you can't get anywhere else. It's the closest hotel to the Canadian falls but it offers great views of both American and Canadian falls.

3: the amenities. There's a high end steakhouse with a view of the falls and actually pretty decent food at the hotel, as well as a TGI Fridays inside the hotel that's open late, as well as a Starbucks, and a souvenir shop, talk about convenience!

4: Plenty of staff. Anytime I needed something sent to the room I got it almost immediately, which is pretty impressive considering that this is one of the largest embassy suites in North America sitting at I believe 613 falls view rooms alone.

      The bad:

1: everything is more expensive than it seems. Okay so first off I want to mention that this hotel is not for someone who's trying to be budget minded. Every single thing has an upcharge or extra fee to it and it all adds up. Also valet parking is $100 per night . I'm sorry but not even at the ritz Carlton has parking that expensive. Self parking is available for $70 which is still a rip off.

2: shady tactics. when you show up, they will try to charge you to upgrade a room to a room you already paid for or deny an upgrade already promised to you.

3: breakfast closes down earlier than other embassy suites so they don't have to give away as much food. Their chart shows that their busiest hour for breakfast is the hour they close, yet they close earlier than any other embassy on purpose, to spend less on food.

4: your status is not important here. The owners of this franchise location seem very cheap and I feel that they only care about their bottom line, so they likely train the staff to not give even Diamond members late checkout without charging... get ready for this.... $70 for 2 hours! Lol. This is your right as a Diamond member but they deny you here. Also, they don't do free upgrades here even for Diamond members they straight up tell you that "this hotel doesn't give anyone upgrades regardless of status or availability". I had to fight and argue my way into having any concessions for myself. It was miserable.

5: the view is only nice in the morning. This hotel has a spider infestation, and spiders are nocturnal creatures so after around 4pm you'll see little by little that view you thought was beautiful, all of a sudden becomes a window full of spiders.

6: the tour desk is greedy. Don't talk to the ladies at the tour desk, they seem to be greedy. They make commissions from selling tours and they don't want to help you figure out how to go on tours they don't sell or can't make enough money on. The lady was being super rude and impatient with me when I wanted to get instructions on going to the horn blower, she was actually discouraging me and trying to convince me to buy a full tour package instead. She said it was a 40 minute walk there and I shouldn't do it. Well turned out to be a 12 minute walk and I made it to my cruise just fine. When I wasn't showing interest in the wine tour or city tour she just ignored me and started pitching those tours to the other guests.

The only reason they got a 3 star instead of a 2 star is at the last minute Yasmín the manager helped us and apologized about some of what we had gone through. But, I will probably try the neighboring hotels next time to compare the experience.

Rip off. What else can I say whilst being in an overpriced tourist trap? Upon booking we were forced to get one of the most expensive rooms at over $700CAD per night. I get it, we have 4 children and need larger accommodations. The kicker being the additional $85CAD per night just to park in their garage. But whatever, we were supposed to have at least one falls' water view and that is what I signed on for. The children would have a memorable experience!

So the parking situation was complete chaos, but I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and attribute it as being so close to the Falls. However, we were not able to even park until I checked in. Weird. The worst part being when was they attempted to upgrade my room to two bathrooms and views of both falls for "only an additional $200CAD". No thank you.

Elevators are the worst! We quickly realized this on our visit, as others have mentioned. Horrible experiences all around. The room was nicely elongated and so my eldest son took over the sitting room near the door. The next area included, the bathroom and kitchen area. Lastly was the main bedroom with two queen beds which had a view of Horseshoe Falls. It was on an angle, but enh.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy with mold growing. And as Martha Stewart once said, "how can you trust a hotel room's tub cleanliness if there is not a handheld shower?". Point taken, as shown in photos.

Breakfast was a !B! We all decided to go during their "slow time," being between the hours of 0630-0730. Still a beast to pursue and the food stunk. We were all a bunch of cattle in order to obtain their hyped up made to order omelette. It was super greasy and tasted off. We were not fans. Do not even get me started how patrons are allowed to stop at a vacant table and switch the tabletop to "reserved" as they leave for over a half hour to obtain food and the servers can do nothing about it. Whatever.

This was a once in a lifetime event for my family. Would I return again in my lifetime? Absolutely not. One and done.

This hotel was excellent. Had a beautiful view of the Canadian Falls well priced had a beautiful swimming pool with two large hot tubs. The property is well-maintained. There is a phenomenal all you can eat breakfast buffet. included in the price your stay if you don't go anywhere in your car for the weekend I suggest you choose the offsite parking option. If you need access to your car pay for the self park option on property incline is right out the back of the hotel to take you down to the falls plenty of restaurants nearby offering decently priced food. And right next to the casino 15 minute walk from Clifton Hill, and all the attractions. One negative about this hotel is there elevator suck and they are not programmed correctly and when it is busy, you will wait.

Boy o, the hotel is nested that if you get the 42nd floor and are positioned to see the Niagara Falls, boy o, you are in for some breathtaking view!!!

Service was good! Price was a little hefty but this is a tourist area so it is totally understandable

Verdict - most definitely worth the stay

Used points to pay for room but parking is expensive. We stayed 1 night on 32nd floor 3218 we asked for good view of falls. It showed the main falls but not the other one. We can only see the falls from one of the beds at certain angles. There are higher floors, but they said too high the falls will look too small.
My husband is diamond-level rewards from work travel. 70 Canadian dollars for parking 100 for valet. Its winter, so we are at their mercy.
Love being able to see the falls from our warm room. I know the falls is a huge tourist trap but still like seeing it.

We recently spent two nights at the Embassy Suites Fallsview (details attached). Overall, the room was very nice and the view was spectacular.

Unfortunately, the first night we had an issue that prevented my family (including our small children) from sleeping. We were initially woken up by security. They claimed we had called earlier in the night complaining about noise. We informed then we had not called, and that a call from another room is showing up as ours (sometimes wires get crossed). They didn't seem to understand as we were visited at our door and called by the front desk several times throughout the night.

The next morning I stopped by the front desk. The manager seemed to understand the issue, and said someone for IT would stop by and fix it. We never heard back after that. That night I unplugged the phones and put up the "do not disturb" signs. Thankfully we were at least able to sleep one night.

It's shocking that the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed at (over 1,000 Canadian per night in total), ends up being the worst sleep and customer service. I would definitely not stay her again.

Let's start with the pros: the view from most angles are awesome and the servers and guiders/greeters at the elevators are also awesome.

The cons, well there are many, unfortunately. This Hilton hotel is not up to "Hilton" standards: the breakfast food options are poor (multiple fries options but no waffles, pancakes nor hash browns) and their "complimentary" snacks are shameful; they gave literal potato chips and pretzels. Honestly, motels and lower level hotels might have better options here.

The room layouts aren't that good and the rooms themselves are outdated; they didn't even have any water bottles. The carpets are dirty and feel dirtier, too.

The view and accessibility to Niagara Falls is the only reason to stay here, the rest are below average.

We stayed here for a night and booked a 2 room Canadian Fallsview suite for four people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the single night we had. The view of the Niagara Falls was breathtaking from our room. The room itself has a big window that provides beautiful views to wake up to and to look at night. The room was also very large with ample space for four people.
As for the hotel itself, the annoying thing was the elevator. They had multiple elevators that were very slow and required us to wait a long time to get on to get up to our room. As for parking, parking is very expensive. We paid $70 to self park our vehicle and $100 for valet parking per night! The hotel also offers free breakfast that is included, but ensure to wake up early between 6-7:30 for breakfast to avoid the large crowds. The breakfast area also has tables with beautiful views of the Niagara Falls. As for the breakfast itself,it was mediocre, offered the basic breakfast items, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal etc. They also have an omelette station, but the line was soo long, we decided to skip it.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the room with the view you get is unbeatable. I would stay here again if I come back to Niagara Falls.
