Went to Nashville for the first time and chose this establishment based on it being a newer hotel with rates that weren't bad at all. Ideally located walking distance to Lower Broadway, The Country Music Hall of Fame and several fine eateries.
We stayed on the 6th floor in a beautiful and clean suite with a balcony (East facing) Good views of downtown and part of Broadway. Loved the pictures on the wall, gave you a true Nashville feel. We loved the ability to sit out on the balcony and watch the activities below. We could actually hear live music from an outdoor establishment.
The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us to navigate the local attractions. When we needed help with housekeeping, they were there for us.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, nice variety and since the hotel is newer, the dining area was beautiful, very modern. The evening social (Same location) was nice and the drinks were free. A few reviews mentioned there is a wait at the bar and there is but it didn't matter to us. It was complimentary so how do you complain about that?
It is also mentioned in several reviews that the elevators are slow. There is a wait (Especially during the social hour) but based on the number people staying there, I can see why. The hotel was pretty full during our stay so my suggestion to anyone is just ask for a lower floor, easier to take the stairs just in case.
The only drawback was that our balcony was not cleaned before our arrival. We had to wipe everything down but that was it. Other than that, I'd say an ideal stay at a great location.

Since I am quite familiar with Nashville and stayed at most of the downtown hotels, I chose the Embassy Suites since it was the latest addition and across the street from the Omni where the conference I attended was held.

The valet guys greeted me in a very Nashville friendly way upon arrival and then met a very friendly guest service agent who checked me in, Given my Diamond status she upgraded me to their Skyline Corner Suite.

The hotel and the suite still smell "new". I walked into the suite and was very impressed by the layout and real estate. This suite is extremely large and once you pass the long hallway to the bedroom you face floor to ceiling windows with 180 views of downtown Nashville.

The bathroom was large and the shower had ample hot water and solid pressure. The only issue was that the liquid body soap and shampoo bottled were empty and it took several requests and a couple of days for housekeeping to refill the bottles. The bed was very comfortable and offered a great night sleep.

The gym was a decent size. The breakfast area is extremely spacious and never felt crowded even during the morning "rush hour".

This is certainly a great value proposition in downtown Nashville.

Pros: Location is fantastic for live music scene.
Cons: Hotel isn’t finished yet. Noise from live music can be heard most of the night, even from the top floors.

Things that need improvement if anyone from Embassy Suite is reading. Please put up some signs to workout room and put water in there! Plates at breakfast buffet were not truly clean any of the three mornings we were there, maybe dishwasher needs service. Housekeeping should be daily unless unwanted instead of the opposite, nothing worse than no coffee after the first night of a three night stay……

Lied to by indifferent and incompetent reception staff. Made to wait more than two hours in the lobby for our room to be ready for check in. No updates from staff and only saw some action after berating the manager.

My family rented a room so that we could watch the July 4th fireworks together with our young nephews. Check was at 4pm, my wife called to confirm and was told the room would be ready by 4:30pm. We arrived a little after 5pm. The receptionist told us the room was not ready and no idea when it would. She didn’t offer to check with housekeeping or give us any kind of estimate as to when we could check in. So we waited in the lobby. After 45 mins of waiting we asked her what was going on. She informed us that her supervisor was inspecting some of the rooms. After a further 30 minutes of waiting I asked a different receptionist for an update. He assured us that the room was ready, but that it needed one final inspection. He said we should be able to check in within 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I asked to speak with the manager. He spoke with the cleaning staff - apparently nobody had set the room up, so the receptionist clearly lied to us. The supervisor was helpful in that he gave us honest communication and tried to help. However, we waited a further 40 minutes before he told us that the room was ready and that we could now go to our room. When we arrived at our room there 4 members of housekeeping still preparing the room, so we had to wait in the hall for another 15 minutes.

I have traveled all around the world and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The staff did not care to update us at any stage or attempt to expedite matters even though they could clearly see us sitting in the lobby. Management need to train their staff to cope with matters like this and proactively manage customer expectations. Had I not involved the supervisor we’d probably still be waiting for a room. Appalling.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown August 2022 for 3 nights. It is an amazing beautiful hotel. Breakfast was yummy with omelettes made to order. June was always friendly and talking to the guests to make sure everything was ok. She was one of the nicest person in any hotel I ever stayed in. She is one of a kind. During the nightly reception Ramone was attentive to all the guests. He was friendly and working extremely hard with a smile on his face. My room was always clean and smelled so fresh. Location was close to Broadway. Will definitely be staying there on my next trip. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed here over the weekend and from the moment I walked in my experience was HORRIBLE! I did early check in through the app on my phone. First off, the parking situation is horrible. I waited 15 mins in the turning lane to even get into the driveway only to find out once it’s my turn that they only do valet which is an extra $65/night. The only other option was to park across the street, but seeing as I was by myself with my toddler I didn’t want to deal with trying to get across a busy street. Once I agreed to valet you feel the pressure to hurry up and unload your car as other people are waiting. Everyone watched me struggle to carry several bags plus a stroller until one valet guy (James) helped! He was polite enough to get me a cart and roll it up to the room for me. Once we finally got up to the room (which took forever because the elevator stops on every single floor it feels like) I open the door to a dirty room! Blankets on the couch, trash on the counter, ect. I have to now drag all of my things back downstairs (I’m on floor 26) with my toddler to stand in the long check in line to talk to someone. It’s finally my turn and I tell the the front desk attendant what happened and they brush it off like it happens all the time, but offer to move me to another room. Only they don’t have my room type left (corner skyline king), they have 2 queen beds. They assure me the new room has an even better view! I get in the new room and it is just your standard suite. My bed isn’t facing the window and the view isn’t as good in my opinion. I start to just suck it up but decide against it as this is not what I paid for! I drag everything back downstairs and spoke to a guy who claimed her was the manager on duty. I ask if they can just clean the original room I had. He assures me he will page housekeeping and it will be about an hour and call me when the room is ready. I pass time by going to get food and meeting up with my friends who have now arrived. About 2 hours goes by and I haven’t heard back. Back to the desk I go only to have him tell me he’s going to check on it. What were you doing this entire time? He finally comes back out and says housekeeping is gone for the night and looks like they didn’t clean the room! He says they can clean it in the morning and will call me. Needless to say they never did. He assured me they would adjust the rate for the trouble. I get my bill and it’s still full price! Aside from
the room issue, there were other little problems like valet taking forever, the elevator wait time, my tv didn’t work in my room, no one would ever answer the front desk phone. This has been the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. If you enjoy being lied to and spending and arm and leg then sure stay here otherwise avoid at all costs!!

What an amazing time. Started out with a small delayed opening but they stepped up and communicated well. Laura reached out personally and ensured we were taken care of night one.

The staff in the bar/breakfast area was amazing. Dino, Ignacio, George and the whole staff made us feel at home. They even made us an omelet after closing down breakfast to ensure we were happy.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The bathroom and showers are huge the location is great if you want to spend time on broadway.

We will be back for personal and business.

5 stars team!

When we arrived the room key system was down. Kind of a bummer, but the staff was on top of it. They had extra staff available to open rooms for guests. That was Tuesday by Wednesday the app was working for the room keys and on Thursday it was all good. Kudos' go out to Sarian at the front desk, she kept her cool even when some very unfriendly travelers got upset. Disregard the (terrible ratings) from others.

Now the real review; This hotel is just 4 months old; we found the all the staff very helpful. The included breakfast was very good with a lot of food options. The evening cocktail hour not so much, this is something most Hiltons need to work on. The restaurant offerings were a little lacking. The Cambria around the corner has 2 full-service restaurants and bars with stages. They need to have the performers on risers at least not just tucked in the corner. The rooms were neat and tidy, the maids did a wonderful job. While we were there, they opened the rooftop bar and pool, with a great view of the city.
We know that everyone is having the same staffing issues but for a 1st class hotel with 1st class pricing this needs to be improved on. We look forward to returning and hope some issues will be addressed soon.

I don't usually go for limited service hotels and typically stay at Marriott and Hyatt properties. I had read the reviews in advance of the stay and went in with moderate expectations only, which were surpassed.

One of the valet gentlemen was very kind and helpful to me, particularly on departure.

Check in was relatively quick - there was a small queue but it moved fairly fast with two staff at the front desk.

Room: Very large and I loved that the sleeping quarters well well back from the hallway to prevent late night revellers from disturbing my sleep. I love having a little fridge and especially microwave so this room was excellent. Only thing I would have liked would have been a bathtub in addition to the shower but that's a relatively small thing and an old school request that probably doesn't reflect what the majority of guests care about. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of seating. Make up wipe in bathroom much appreciated!!!

Breakfast: Holy cow I was blown away by the variety and quality. A young man was quick to approach me and ask if I needed help - he was lovely. For an offering that is free breakfast for all guests, I was really pleasantly surprised.

Elevator delays were mentioned in a lot of other reviews but I didn't have long waits at all. There was one little wait when I arrived and thereafter no problems.

Location to Music City Center can't really be beat. It's right across the road. I've stayed at four hotels in the area that are convenient to the convention center but this would be the absolute closest.

Though I did not attend the evening drinks, I thought that was very generous.

All in all, it was a fantastic stay and I think this property will give many of the existing favorites a good run for their money.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. We were walking distance to Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame and Bridgestone Arena and lots of other things. They had a coffee shop downstairs. Great free breakfast on the 4th floor with made to order omelets or eggs and a whole bunch of other options. All the staff is very friendly. Every night is a free cocktail reception with snacks on the 4th floor from 5-7p. Right by the check in area is a small area with snacks or drinks for sale. (small frozen pizza saved us one night). Our room was very nice and spacious with a little coffee maker (not a Keurig), mini frig and microwave. We loved the toiletries and the blow dryer. There were good size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and a good size bottle of lotion. The only small thing they are missing is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I like having one of those when applying makeup. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Nashville.
