Elena Satine promoted to series regular on 'Revenge'

Victoria Grayson should probably keep on watching her back – Louise Ellis seems like she’s going to be around for a while.

EW has confirmed that Elena Satine, who plays Ellis and introduced the newest basket case to the show at the beginning of season four, has been re-upped to series regular on Revenge. Her wealthy but troubled character, who suffers from hallucinations and mental instability, first befriended Victoria (Madeleine Stowe) at a psychiatric hospital, seducedson Daniel Grayson (Joshua Bowman), and is currently in cahoots with resident schemer, Nolan Ross (Gabriel Mann). The Hollywood Reporter first reported the news.

Showrunner Sunil Nayar told EW’s Natalie Abrams that Louise is “still crazy,” and said we’ll get to meet the rest of her family, too.

Along with Satine, Brian Hallisay (Ben Hunter), Karine Vanasse (Margaux LeMarchal) and James Tupper (David Clarke) are also being promoted to series regulars in season four.
