Do not buy unless you live near a Dyson Super Center
I purchased this product a little over 2 years ago and have loved it. Today my Dyson randomly stopped working. I reached out to Dyson and they have requested for me to drive 9 hours to the closest Dyson Service Center to have it repaired. They do not allow you to mail it to them to have it repaired and you must show up in person within 14 days of it breaking for them to accept it. Such poor customer service for a product that is very expensive. I am so disappointed in Dyson.

Really changes the game in a way I couldn't imagine.
I have naturally tighter waves 2b-2c with a few 3a curls and I almost always diffuse, but diffusing takes 45+ minutes, leaves my hair frizzy and I hurt all over from being in such an odd posistion. I can tell you it is a little bit quiter and it definently knocked my hair drying time down by 15-20 minutes. When I first used it I thought it was taking longer then normal for my hair to dry but in reality my curl gel cast had already set, it was the lack of frizz that I normally have that made me confused at first. The temperatures do get hot but can be easily adjusted, I know many people don't like the diffuser attachment but I love it. When I straighten my hair it comes out very shiny and soft and almost looks like its been straightened with a straightner, this is wild considering I can cut out 3 products (leave in, gel, oil) and just use my heat protectant. I honestly think for me that this was 100% worth it.
I would buy this blow dryer again!

Not exactly sure how I feel about it. It's faster and lighter than a regular blow dryer. The fly away attachment works nice but none of that justifies the price in my opinion. Another thing I noticed is my hair has a much courser feel to it almost like it's drying my hair out. If I didn't receive as I gift I would have returned it
