We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with the game drive as the highlight. The guides were all great and went "above and beyond" to keep the drives interesting. However, we felt very uncomfortable at the number of locals in large groups sitting on the grass opposite the beach, watching us. In fairness we were not approached by them but the sheer numbers and police presence made us very wary and we did not walk the whole of the mile. Had a private guided tour. Cost was R100pp, well worth it.
Loved the 'puppet dolls' in cultural outfits
Wish we'd stayed a bit longer and been able to wonder around by ourselves after the tour, and I'd taken more photo's.
