To the Hepfner Family we extend our deepest sympathy, prayers, and condolences. Sandy and I have worked together for many years and have shared many good times and good conversation. She always spoke very highly and proudly of her dad. She shared what a great "officer of the law he was as well as being a very loving husband and proud family man and these are the "ties that bind". May your family find peace and comfort in the memories you've shared. May God continue to bless and keep you always.

He was the best Grandpa ever - taught us how to roller skate with pillows on our butts, meticulously helped us with our math homework - even when in college, taught us how to drive, was always there with a hug. He will be forever missed.
