Known best for her songwriting and country hits, the bulk of Dolly Parton's fortune comes from her stake in the theme park Dollywood.
Parton invested in the Pigeon Forge, Tennessee theme park in 1986 and changed the name to Dollywood, eventually opening a hotel and water park, too.
