- Judith DOakdale, CT55 contributionsA place to take a mile walk with five stations along the way for interval training if desired. Rest rooms available were clean and well stocked with needed supplies. Beautiful views and plenty of comfortable benches for places to sit and watch nature, meditate or read.Written April 19, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Francis McInerneyDobbs Ferry, NY145 contributionsThe OCA is a great walk though it gets a bit broken up in Tarrytown. I walk 10 miles of it every day and this has done me wonders.Written April 13, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - lara pDobbs Ferry, NY131 contributionsI have not had the inside tour of this recently restored historic building along the Aqueduct in Dobbs Ferry but I have seen the outside restoration and watched it go from in need of repair to a job very well done. The work by the Friends of the Aqueduct is amazing and a lot of kudos to Mavis who led the charge to get this done. I am sure when the inside is finished it will be as well done as the outside. What a gem to see this building along the Aqueduct as one goes along the trail. Being a native of Dobbs Ferry it was just a place that was always there and one didn't think too much about it. But those who knew better pursued the dream of restoration and when one realizes what the history of this building is all about it is worth a look and then some. You won't spend long but if you are in the area of the Rivertowns it is certainly worth a look see. And then you can go down Main and Cedar streets for wonderful restaurants and even down to the park which is another gem. Dobbs Ferry is special. Enough said. Take time to look at history and then do your thing whatever it may be. I expect that there are exhibits inside the building now that were not there when last I visited which was just when the restored building was opened to the public. As exhibits are added it will become more than just a five minute experience.Written August 31, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Natesha V ~ the Boss LadyWakefield, NY78 contributionsI love this spa and was attending every month until a family member became ill. They are very accommodating and friendly. Marilyn at the front desk is by far customer service in a nutshell and the massage persons have all been great. We had an issue with one because of her tone and how she speaks and we immediately told the manager who swapped her out for us and made sure we never had her again. So I totally recommend going for a spa quiet experience.Written July 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
