I´ve tried to send an Email to that address but I havent got any answer (I did it yesterday!) and they say "Removal can take up to 3 hours after we received your email, so please be patient."
One of their requirements, which is easily missed, is that the email requesting removal must arrive at their end directly from the the listed IP address. This can be difficult or impossible to achieve if you're relying on another email provider which doesn't use the list IP address to deliver your mail.
If you run an email server at the list IP address, it should be fairly straightforward to arrange for your Justpam removal request to be forwarded through it. Otherwise I'm not sure how best to proceed.
