Santa Ana California DMV Reviews and Tips
The parking was packed even on a weekday and the place was full of people. It was not that comfy to be around in and the staff were rude as expected. I felt like I was pushed out as soon as possible by my rep. I'd suggest NOT coming to this location at all and going to another one. Or at least get here super early and not during peak hours. It's not worth dealing with people and the traffic here. The area is also very shady and in a bad neighborhood. Bad parking. Poor customer service. It's the DMV just like you'd expect. AVOID IT. It's not worth your time. Go to a different location. This one is very dumb.

The DMV has a terrible website. Impossible to make appointment on line for lost drivers license
