"Yikes" is Nicki Minaj’s first solo single of 2020, and first since the release of "MEGATRON" in June 2019. The track was released on February 7, 2020 following a 3 month hiatus from social media. Nicki clarified that "Yikes" is not lead single to NM5, but is a promotional single. It also marks the first song released under Nicki's new management of Irving Azoff.
